Rewire Your Mind to CreateYour Future: Neuroscience of Intention

Aubrey Marcus

The central premise of this conversation bridges mystical wisdom with contemporary neuroscience: the practice of feeling gratitude for a future that hasn't yet manifested physically prepares your nervous system, brain circuitry, and even your genetic expression to align with that outcome. Rather than hoping something will happen in the future, the methodology centers on practicing the emotional state of already having received it—transforming the person's internal state of being in the present moment. This isn't visualisation alone; it's an embodied neurological and chemical reprogramming that makes the fictional future feel real to the body.

How Your Body Becomes Your Unconscious Mind

A foundational insight emerges early in the discussion: the body is the unconscious mind, and it doesn't distinguish between an actual experience unfolding in your life and an emotion you deliberately generate through thought alone. When you imagine a future scenario with vivid clarity and hold it while inducing the emotional state associated with already living that reality, your body responds as though that experience is happening now. The stronger the emotion—gratitude, abundance, confidence, exuberance—the more profoundly your internal chemistry shifts.

This operates through measurable pathways. When you feel genuine gratitude, specific neurotransmitters and hormones flood your system. The nervous system doesn't know whether those chemicals were triggered by an external event or by your intentional internal practice. Over time, repetition of this process literally installs neurological hardware in your brain. Each time you practice, you strengthen neural circuits associated with that emotional and cognitive state. Your brain begins to recognize the pattern as familiar, as "you," until the practice becomes automatic—what Dispenza calls "second nature."

Why Gratitude Is the Emotional Signature of Receiving

Gratitude functions as a neurological and emotional marker of already having received something. When you receive a gift, experience a pleasant surprise, or witness something that delights you, the spontaneous emotion is gratitude. This emotion emerges only in the present moment—you cannot feel genuine gratitude for something you believe will happen in the future. Gratitude is, neurologically, the signature state of the receiver.

This is why the practice hinges on combining a clear, specific intention with the deliberate invocation of gratitude. The person articulates what they want to create—health, abundance, a meaningful relationship, professional success—then imagines it as vividly as possible while opening their heart and feeling authentic thankfulness for it as though it already exists. The neurochemical message to the body is: this is already mine. This state closes the gap between thought and feeling. When thought (intention) and feeling (emotion) align, the body registers coherence. The state of being shifts.

The Science Behind Why Your Senses Lie to You

A persistent obstacle blocks most people: their senses. When someone declares "I want to be healed" or "I want to be abundant" and then looks around their current circumstances, the physical evidence contradicts the intention. The senses report: not healed, not abundant, not changed. This sensory feedback creates an emotional response of lack, separation, and hopelessness. Thinking about the future generates the emotion of "not yet," and the body settles into that state of waiting.

The methodology reverses this loop. Instead of allowing your senses to dictate your emotional and neurological state, you practice feeling as if your future is already real in this moment. This requires discipline—what Dispenza describes as "supernatural"—because you must deliberately open your heart and activate gratitude when evidence from your five senses says otherwise. The practice is harder in the beginning precisely because the gap between inner feeling-state and outer circumstance is largest. But this is where the neurological rewiring occurs. Each time you hold the new emotional state despite what your senses report, you're literally training your brain and nervous system to operate from a different baseline. You're building resilience to the tyranny of the known, the seen, the already-manifest.

From Knowledge to Experience to Embodiment

Dispenza articulates a progression: from philosophy to initiation to mastery. It unfolds as knowledge → experience → wisdom, or, translated to practice, thinking → doing → being. Intellectual understanding alone—knowing that gratitude rewires the brain—is insufficient. The person must repeat the practice consistently. Repetition installs the neurological hardware. When the practice becomes consistent, neurochemical changes follow. Then, crucially, lived experience enriches that circuitry even further. The experience—evidence that the internal shift is producing external results—deepens the neural grooves and cements the new belief system into the body.

This is why information abundance, in the modern era, is not the bottleneck. Anyone can access information about neuroplasticity, quantum physics, meditation, or intentional living. The contemporary challenge is application: how do I actually *do* this in my life? The answer requires practice—repetition of the new thought-emotion combination until it becomes automatic. Once you've done it once with tangible results, you become "an athlete" at that skill. You know it's possible because your nervous system has experienced it. The redundancy of the act conditions the body to know how to do it better than the mind. Eventually, it stops being something you *do* and becomes something you *are*.

Why Controlling Your Environment Accelerates the Practice

An often-overlooked lever in this work is environment. During meditation or contemplative practice, the external environment should support the internal work. Distractions—television, phones, people demanding attention, noise—fragment the nervous system. They pull attention outward, away from the felt sense of the imagined future. This is partly why many people struggle with home practice: home is often filled with stimuli associated with their known life, their current identity, their past patterns. The nervous system has been conditioned to respond to these environmental cues automatically.

Creating a dedicated practice space—quiet, perhaps with low lighting, with minimal sensory distraction—allows the nervous system to settle into a state of receptivity. The body can relax out of its defensive, reactive posture. In this state, the brain waves shift toward theta, a frequency associated with deep learning, visualization, and the hypnagogic space between waking and sleep. From this more coherent neurological state, the practice of combining intention and emotion becomes more potent. The person isn't fighting their environment; the environment is supporting the work.

The Placebo Effect as Evidence of Mind-Body Connection

The placebo effect is not a sideshow or anomaly in medicine; it's evidence of a fundamental truth: the mind directly affects the body's chemistry and physiology. In clinical studies, people given inert pills—placebos—alongside the belief that they're receiving medication often show measurable physiological changes. Blood pressure drops. Pain decreases. Immune markers improve. The drug itself didn't cause these changes; the expectation did. The mind signaled the body to heal itself.

This demonstrates that the body possesses built-in healing capacity that the mind can activate. The problem, from a conventional medical perspective, is that placebos are considered failures—evidence of the study design didn't work. But from Dispenza's framework, placebo effects reveal possibility. If belief alone can trigger measurable healing, what else might be possible through deliberate mental and emotional practice? Alternative and complementary medicine often work through similar mechanisms: they shift the person's beliefs about their capacity to heal, which shifts their neurochemistry, which supports actual physiological change. The substance or technique is sometimes secondary to the meaning the person assigns to it and their expectation of benefit.

The Genetics Question: Can You Change Your Destiny?

A common objection surfaces: if you were born with certain genes, isn't your future predetermined? Epigenetics—the study of how gene expression changes without alterations to the genetic code itself—challenges this assumption. Genes are not destiny; they're instructions that activate or deactivate based on environment, behavior, and emotional state. When you practice sustained emotional states associated with health, abundance, and resilience, you activate certain genes and suppress others. You're literally changing your genetic future, not through surgery or medication, but through the consistency and quality of your internal state.

This means that the emotional hygiene of your daily practice matters profoundly. If you spend years in states of stress, anxiety, lack, and resentment, you're repeatedly signaling your genes to express in ways that support those survival states—inflammation, immune suppression, metabolic slowdown. If you practice cultivating states of gratitude, coherence, and confidence, you signal your genes to express in ways that support health, growth, and resilience. You're literally choosing which version of your genetic potential manifests.

From Forgiveness to Freeing Your Energy

Forgiveness is presented not as moral absolving of someone else, but as a neurological and energetic liberation of self. When you hold resentment, bitterness, or grievance toward someone, you keep a portion of your mental and emotional energy tied to that person and that past event. Your nervous system remains partially activated in a defensive or reactive state toward them, even in their absence. This is energetically expensive and neurologically inefficient. It keeps you partially trapped in the past.

Forgiveness breaks this bond. It doesn't require you to condone what happened or reestablish a relationship. It requires you to release the emotional charge associated with the memory. When you do, your nervous system relaxes. Your energy becomes available for new possibilities. Your attention, freed from the past, can turn toward the future you're trying to create. This is why Dispenza emphasizes that forgiveness is an act of self-interest, not sacrifice. You're not doing it for them; you're reclaiming your energy for yourself.

Meditation as Priming the Nervous System

Meditation in this framework isn't about achieving blankness or peace alone. It's about priming the nervous system for the new experience you're trying to create. During meditation, you hold a clear intention—the specific future you want to create—and deliberately evoke the emotional state associated with already living that reality. You hold both simultaneously: the clarity of purpose and the feeling of gratitude, abundance, or wholeness. The more vividly you practice this, the more you're training your nervous system to recognize this state as possible, as familiar, as something you can access.

When you exit the meditation and move through your daily life, your nervous system has been primed. It's more sensitive to opportunities, resources, and people that align with your new intention. You notice things you would have overlooked before. You respond to situations from a different baseline. This isn't magical thinking; it's attentional bias grounded in neuroscience. Your brain, once primed by consistent practice, literally filters the world for evidence that matches your new belief.

The Role of Authenticity in the Practice

A subtle but crucial point: the emotions you invoke during practice must be authentic. You can't fake gratitude or pretend to feel abundant while your nervous system knows you're performing. The body detects incongruence immediately. This is why the practice is challenging early on—you must genuinely feel the emotion while also knowing intellectually that the external circumstance hasn't changed yet. This requires a kind of cognitive-emotional dexterity: holding two truths simultaneously. Your circumstances are what they are. And your future is already here, emotionally speaking.

This is where repetition and practice become essential. The first time is hardest because the gap between felt emotion and external evidence is largest. By the fiftieth time, it becomes easier because your nervous system is more accustomed to the state. It starts to feel more familiar, less forced. Eventually, the new state becomes your baseline. You don't have to generate the feeling; it's simply who you are now.

Beyond Psychedelics: Creating Non-Ordinary States Without Substances

The conversation touches on psychedelic experiences and non-ordinary states of consciousness. These experiences are valuable when they show someone that consciousness can operate in radically different ways than ordinary waking awareness. They break the spell of materialism—the assumption that this is all there is, that consciousness is merely a byproduct of brain chemistry. But Dispenza's point is that you don't need a psychedelic to access these states. Consistent meditation, the practice of holding intention and emotion simultaneously, can induce measurable changes in brain wave activity, nervous system coherence, and perceptual experience without external substances. The practice, over time, becomes its own vehicle for transformation.

Where to Go From Here

The takeaway is practical and demanding: identify a specific future you want to create. Develop clarity around what that looks like in concrete detail. Then establish a consistent practice—daily meditation, ideally in a controlled environment—where you hold that intention while deliberately evoking the emotional state of already having received it. Begin with gratitude, the emotional signature of receiving. Feel it in your body. Let it move you. Repeat this practice with consistency. Don't wait for external evidence to shift before you change your internal state; the internal state change precedes the external shift. As your nervous system becomes familiar with the new state, as your brain installs the neurological hardware through repetition, opportunities, insights, and circumstances will begin to align with your new baseline. You're not controlling the future from your mind; you're becoming, through consistent practice, someone whose internal coherence naturally attracts the circumstances that match that coherence.

[0:00] dr. Joe Dispenza is one of the most

[0:02] important teachers of our time he's

[0:05] someone whose work I'm going to be

[0:07] following personally for the next few

[0:08] years because part of his process is

[0:11] getting us to feel the emotions of the

[0:15] future reality of the changed person

[0:17] that we want to become the podcast

[0:20] starts after he led me through one of

[0:22] his famous meditations in which he asked

[0:25] me to reach in and find that passion and

[0:28] gratitude for life which isn't always

[0:31] the easiest thing for me believe it or

[0:32] not so enjoy the podcast

[0:39] one of the interesting things that

[0:41] for me and I've been so blessed you know

[0:44] truly been so blessed with so many

[0:45] things in my life but some part of me

[0:48] has prevented restricted myself from

[0:51] really feeling that passion and love for

[0:53] the life that I live even though it's

[0:55] played out like I like I wrote it down

[0:57] and dreamed it and it couldn't have been

[0:59] better but some part of me has been

[1:00] holding back maybe waiting for that next

[1:02] thing that's gonna come and I have to be

[1:04] prepared for or whatever and so when

[1:06] even going through this meditation I

[1:08] feel that passion I feel that love I

[1:11] feel tears start to well in my eyes and

[1:13] part of that is part of the appreciation

[1:15] but part of that is linked with some

[1:17] sadness of like wow this was here this

[1:18] whole time yeah and I haven't been

[1:21] feeling it yeah and that's and that and

[1:22] that's a great moment I think a lot of

[1:24] people they just they they are who they

[1:28] practice to be so if you practice

[1:31] gratitude then you will be grateful if

[1:34] you practice like against all odds

[1:38] opening your heart when no one else will

[1:41] that's supernatural and it gets easier

[1:43] to do it in in situations that require

[1:45] less effort to do it and I think that

[1:49] people like you'll you know we'll have a

[1:51] thousand people at this event coming

[1:53] from all over the world and and they'll

[1:56] learn how to do that and if you're gonna

[1:58] believe in a future you know that you're

[2:00] imagining with all of your heart it

[2:02] better be open and activated and we

[2:04] actually measure so we can say to the

[2:07] person how Bert you're doing it all we

[2:09] could say you're not doing and that's

[2:12] important to know because then you're

[2:13] gonna pay attention and do it better

[2:15] yeah I think that's one of the real

[2:19] incredible things that you've offered

[2:20] the world is that not so it starts with

[2:23] this mystical understanding that isn't

[2:25] brand-new I mean Jesus said pray as if

[2:27] it has already been done which is

[2:29] putting you in the state of gratitude

[2:30] rather than state of hopefulness in the

[2:33] state of I hope this happens and I'm

[2:34] here I am you know in this spot but

[2:36] maybe later it'll be there pray as if it

[2:38] has already been done so it's that

[2:39] mystical truth but then you combine it

[2:41] with the pragmatism of how you practice

[2:43] it along with the science of how you

[2:46] measure it and now it's something for

[2:49] our time yeah something for everyone

[2:51] that we can really grab ahold of well I

[2:52] think I think

[2:55] first of all sciences the contemporary

[2:57] language of mysticism I think you know

[2:59] if you're studying the life of Jesus as

[3:02] an example or Buddha that was the

[3:04] language of the time right so here we

[3:07] are in the contemporary world and

[3:09] science has become that language so when

[3:11] you combine a little quantum physics

[3:13] with neuroscience and neuroendocrinology

[3:16] and psychoneuroimmunology and

[3:18] epigenetics all of those different

[3:20] branches of Sciences and new Sciences

[3:22] point the finger at possibility and in

[3:25] this particular work I think that the

[3:27] more you understand what you're doing

[3:29] and why you're doing it the how it gets

[3:32] easier because you can assign meaning to

[3:34] what you what you do so then this is a

[3:38] time in history where it's not enough to

[3:40] know this is time in history to know how

[3:42] because information is so readily

[3:44] available you you can gain information

[3:46] you don't need an authority you don't

[3:47] need a priest you don't need a teacher

[3:49] you don't need a governor you you you

[3:52] can gain information without some

[3:55] passing through some type of authority

[3:56] and so people are empowered and the next

[4:00] most practical question is how am I

[4:03] going to apply this to my life now when

[4:05] you learn new things you make new

[4:07] connections in your brain that's what

[4:08] learning is but if you can't remember

[4:11] what you learned then you haven't made

[4:13] any new connections that are sustainable

[4:15] I maintain about so the more the person

[4:17] can repeat what they've learned mmm

[4:20] the more they're installing the

[4:21] neurological hardware in their brain and

[4:23] preparation for the experience and so

[4:26] now they're priming their brain for the

[4:28] act right and when the experience

[4:30] happens experience then enriches the

[4:32] circuitry in your brain that's what

[4:34] experience does so now you're laying

[4:35] down even more neurological tracks but

[4:37] the payoff is the chemical called the

[4:39] emotion at the moment you feel unlimited

[4:41] the moment you feel grateful the moment

[4:43] you feel abundant now you're teaching

[4:46] your body chemically to understand what

[4:48] your mind is intellectually understood

[4:50] so knowledge is for the mind and

[4:52] experiences for the body and now we're

[4:54] embodying the truth of that philosophy

[4:56] more literally signaling new genes and

[4:59] new ways and changing our future are

[5:01] changing our genetic future and if

[5:03] you've done it once then you're an

[5:06] athlete you'd be able to do it over and

[5:07] over again and if you

[5:08] repeating it you neurochemically

[5:11] condition your mind and body to begin to

[5:13] work as one and the redundancy of the

[5:15] act over and over again the conditions

[5:18] the body to know how to do it better

[5:19] than mind now it's innate in you it's

[5:22] second nature it's easy it's familiar

[5:24] it's it's who you are and so I think we

[5:26] we start as philosophers we initiate you

[5:29] know we become initiates in the way

[5:30] mastery you know knowledge experience

[5:32] wisdom mind body soul learning it with

[5:35] your head applying with your hands

[5:36] knowing it by heart not thinking to

[5:38] doing to being and so I think want to

[5:40] answer that kind of question or that

[5:42] common is that yeah yeah we should we

[5:46] should get up as if our prayers are

[5:47] already answered the problem is is that

[5:49] our senses fool us into separation the

[5:51] person says I want to be healed I want

[5:53] to be healthy I want to be wealthy and

[5:55] they imagine it and they come back and

[5:57] it's not there and when they see it it's

[5:59] not there the thought of their future

[6:01] creates the emotion of lack or

[6:03] separation and the thoughts of the

[6:05] language of the brain and feelings of

[6:07] language of the body now you have mind

[6:09] and body and a position so then if you

[6:12] think about something like appreciation

[6:14] or thankfulness or gratitude gratitude

[6:16] when you are receiving something when

[6:20] you just receive something when when

[6:22] something is happening to you in the

[6:25] moment or something just happened to you

[6:26] that you enjoy or you're surprised about

[6:30] or or is pleasing to you you feel this

[6:32] emotion of gratitude so gratitude

[6:35] becomes the the signature the emotional

[6:38] signature that it's already happened hmm

[6:41] gratitude is the ultimate state of

[6:43] receiving so now when the person

[6:45] combines a clear intention of their

[6:47] future and they open their heart and

[6:50] they feel the emotion of that future

[6:52] their body is objective it's the

[6:55] unconscious mind it doesn't know the

[6:56] difference between the actual experience

[6:58] in their life that's creating the

[7:00] emotion and the emotion that they're

[7:02] fabricating by thought alone in that

[7:04] moment their body is believing it's in

[7:07] that future in the present moment and

[7:10] the stronger the emotion they feel the

[7:13] more altered they feel inside of them

[7:14] the more they pay attention to the

[7:17] picture in their mind and we could say

[7:19] then that they're beginning to remember

[7:20] their future

[7:22] and biologically it's the same as

[7:24] remembering your past so if you keep

[7:26] practicing opening your heart and you

[7:28] keep combining it with a clear intention

[7:30] then the thought and the feeling changes

[7:34] your state of being which means then if

[7:36] you keep doing that over time you'll

[7:38] feel like your future has already

[7:40] happened then what's the significance of

[7:42] that if you feel like your futures

[7:44] already happened you stop looking for it

[7:45] you're no longer waiting and wondering

[7:47] when it's gonna happen or how it's gonna

[7:49] happen you feel like it's already

[7:51] happened so now you take your foot off

[7:52] the gas and you're no longer trying to

[7:56] predict or control or expect how it's

[7:59] gonna happen you're connected

[8:01] emotionally to your future well the

[8:04] antithesis is also true the stronger the

[8:06] emotion you feel for some betrayal some

[8:08] shock some trauma the more altered you

[8:10] feel inside of you the more you narrow

[8:12] your focus on the outer environment and

[8:14] the brain takes a snapshot and that's

[8:16] called a memory and so the stronger the

[8:18] emotion the more the brain embosses the

[8:21] imagery neurologically in the brain so

[8:22] then the person thinks neurologically

[8:25] within the circuitry of that experience

[8:27] and may feel within the boundaries of

[8:30] those emotions so then we could say then

[8:33] the person's biology is literally in the

[8:36] past so you can't create a new future if

[8:40] your state of being is in the past so

[8:42] people reaffirm their identity this way

[8:44] they wake up in the morning and they say

[8:45] let me think about my problems and those

[8:47] problems are memories of past

[8:50] experiences that are etched in their

[8:51] brain so they think about the person the

[8:54] plays the the object the experience and

[8:56] we could say then if they believe that

[8:59] their thoughts have something to do with

[9:00] their destiny their thinking in the past

[9:03] and every one of those problems has an

[9:05] emotion associated this and now they

[9:06] feel unhappy now they feel fear now they

[9:08] feel unworthy and they might be addicted

[9:12] to those few oh no no it's a

[9:13] conditioning process because

[9:14] conditioning all you need is an image

[9:17] they've mastered this on television an

[9:20] image or a brand than an emotion and all

[9:23] you need is a stimulus and response so

[9:25] every time the person remembers their

[9:27] future their past as they remember their

[9:30] Pratt past the image with the emotion is

[9:32] literally sub

[9:35] conditioning their brain and body into

[9:38] the past and so if they're living in the

[9:40] familiar past guess what they're gonna

[9:42] predict the next future they're gonna

[9:45] want to be able to predict their future

[9:47] so because that's to know so that

[9:49] there's only one place where the unknown

[9:52] exists and that's the present moment and

[9:53] teaching people how to get into the

[9:56] generous present moment it takes an act

[9:58] of awareness and most people would

[10:01] rather turn on their TV or you know get

[10:03] on their cell phone or Facebook or

[10:05] whatever be called that reaffirms their

[10:07] present which is living in the past

[10:08] right and I'd noticed this even with

[10:09] myself I know that I'm addicted to the

[10:13] stress hormones and that state of

[10:15] struggle in that state of fighting to

[10:16] try and build my business to try and

[10:18] create this message to try and deliver

[10:20] this blessing that I knew I had early on

[10:22] and make sure that I've delivered in the

[10:24] best way possible and all the pressure

[10:25] and all the anxiety and all the worry

[10:27] about that and I'll wake up and I'm so

[10:28] addicted to those stress cocktails that

[10:30] the first thing I'm going to do is I'm

[10:32] going to charge straight into my

[10:33] Instagram which is the expression of all

[10:36] of these things and I get information of

[10:38] my identity up to this point and then I

[10:40] get that nice rush that ice kick of

[10:42] everything that's been before and the

[10:45] Aubrey that's lived up to this point and

[10:46] then that stress hormone then wakes me

[10:48] up and I'm ready to start my same ass

[10:50] day that I've had so many times before

[10:53] and then this is actually I'll be not a

[10:55] bad thing this is actually a moment of

[10:59] awareness yeah and you know when you're

[11:02] inside the jar you can't see the label

[11:05] and so we have this huge frontal lobe

[11:08] that gives us self awareness so then the

[11:12] insight never changes anything you could

[11:15] have the insight that you're addicted to

[11:17] fury are addicted to competition you're

[11:19] addicted to struggle but that really

[11:21] means is that we're addressing reality

[11:23] matter to matter and what we're at one

[11:26] point of awareness one point of

[11:27] consciousness and we're putting our

[11:29] attention on another point of

[11:30] consciousness a future an outcome and

[11:32] the only way we know how to get there

[11:34] when we're matter trying to change

[11:36] matter is that we force we control we

[11:39] predict we fight for it because that's

[11:41] that's that's how you are when you're

[11:43] living in survival so then we have to

[11:45] move our bodies through space and that

[11:47] takes time so we think if we

[11:49] that we're actually going to get there

[11:51] faster but more and more of the rushing

[11:54] creates more of the addiction of those

[11:55] emotions because the adrenaline that's

[11:58] released is actually an arousal so

[12:01] person is using the conditions the

[12:03] problems the situations in their life to

[12:06] reaffirm their addiction to some emotion

[12:08] to me that means we become addicted to

[12:10] the life we don't even like and so

[12:13] that's why change is so hard so then

[12:15] let's offer another alternative well

[12:18] when you begin to create from the field

[12:21] instead of from matter the only way you

[12:24] can do that is you have to learn how to

[12:26] take all of your attention off your body

[12:28] and become a nobody take all of your

[12:31] attention off all the people in your

[12:32] life that you give so much of your

[12:34] attention and energy to because you have

[12:36] an emotion associated with them and get

[12:38] beyond all the people in your life and

[12:40] go from someone to a no one now if

[12:43] you've worked your whole life being a

[12:45] someone or if you've been working your

[12:47] whole life thinking that you're your

[12:48] body you don't have to work a little

[12:50] harder because that's your identity

[12:51] that's which are associated with and a

[12:53] long time of conditioning it's all about

[12:55] done one thing and if this was easy

[12:56] everybody would be doing it so then you

[12:59] have to go get beyond all the things in

[13:02] your life your cell phone your computer

[13:03] your car and literally go from something

[13:06] to nothing if it take all your attention

[13:09] off the place you work the place you

[13:11] live the place you need to be the place

[13:13] you're sitting and go from somewhere to

[13:15] nowhere you gotta stop thinking about

[13:17] the predictable future in the familiar

[13:18] past and go right into the present

[13:21] moment and go from some time to no time

[13:23] and if you do that properly you become

[13:25] pure consciousness and that's how you

[13:27] enter the field now we've done the

[13:29] research on this we call it getting

[13:31] beyond the self now once you are pure

[13:35] consciousness you're taking all of your

[13:37] attention off this three-dimensional

[13:39] reality now where you place your

[13:41] attention is where you place your energy

[13:43] so if you've taken all of your attention

[13:45] off of everything material there's only

[13:47] one place you're gonna wind up and that

[13:49] is the immaterial realm called the

[13:51] quantum field an invisible field of

[13:53] energy that unifies and connects

[13:55] everything material so now when you're

[13:58] creating from the field and you combine

[14:00] a clear intention with an elevated

[14:01] emotion and

[14:02] connected and you feel connected the

[14:06] suggestion of an alternative way to

[14:08] create is that when there's a

[14:10] vibrational match between your energy

[14:12] and some future reality you actually no

[14:16] longer have to go anywhere to get it

[14:18] you're actually the vortex and you will

[14:20] collapse space and time and draw the

[14:23] experience to you now that to me is a

[14:26] lot more fun because the experience is

[14:29] the unknown you can't predict when it's

[14:32] gonna happen or how it's gonna happen

[14:33] because if you can predict it it's known

[14:35] so then you have to lay down the very

[14:37] thing you use your whole life to get

[14:41] what you want for something greater to

[14:43] occur now that goes against generations

[14:47] untold of conditioning and a lifetime of

[14:51] habituation believing that were were

[14:54] trapped in this material world and yet I

[14:57] can I can say to you without a doubt

[14:59] then once you understand that formula

[15:02] and once you know how to create that

[15:04] kind of brain and heart coherence the

[15:06] side effect of that is a change in

[15:10] biology neurologically chemically

[15:13] hormonal II genetically we've measured

[15:15] it we've seen gene regulation changes in

[15:17] four days more brain coherence more

[15:20] heart coherence your brains working

[15:21] better your heart is you're trusting

[15:23] your heart it's open there's different

[15:25] chemicals that are released oxytocin

[15:27] suppresses survival Centers resets the

[15:29] baseline a person's trauma or shock your

[15:33] immune system goes up you're you you

[15:37] lengthen your telomeres we've measured

[15:38] that too so you're changing the future

[15:41] of your body you're extending your life

[15:44] that's evidence right so we we have the

[15:47] evidence to know that it could happen

[15:49] because we've measured it but the real

[15:51] evidence is watching the testimonial of

[15:55] someone who says I had stage four cancer

[15:57] I was told as a 41 year old woman that I

[16:01] wouldn't live for more than two months

[16:03] and I have no evidence of cancer in my

[16:08] body at all or someone that's a

[16:10] physician who has Parkinson's disease

[16:12] that's tried everything from the medical

[16:14] route and has one

[16:16] transcendental moment and their tremors

[16:18] and their pain are gone then now they're

[16:20] chewing food they're swallowing they're

[16:23] blowing their nose they're standing up

[16:24] on their own that's energy affecting

[16:28] matter so we have hundreds and hundreds

[16:30] of testimonials of people that not only

[16:32] heal their body but created pretty

[16:35] profoundly magical things in their life

[16:38] so you have evidence in the scientific

[16:40] world you have evidence in the practical

[16:42] world and evidence is the loudest voice

[16:44] right now yeah it's necessary to

[16:47] overcome that bias of the rational mind

[16:49] that we developed to get us past these

[16:51] superstition like the superstition stage

[16:53] where we were afraid of all kinds of

[16:55] things and we relied on science to get

[16:57] us past that point where we could have

[16:59] something we could have faith in and now

[17:01] that we can have the science that can

[17:03] harness the abilities and match up with

[17:05] our the things that you're saying that

[17:07] really empowers us to overcome that

[17:09] initial objection and allows us to

[17:10] empower our belief to actually reach

[17:13] that state and and the accelerator of

[17:16] that whole process is witnessing it

[17:19] because I'll stand on the stage I did

[17:21] this just in our last week long event in

[17:23] Cancun and I watched a man stand on the

[17:28] stage and tell his testimony of his

[17:29] healing I looked out in the audience

[17:32] there wasn't a person in the audience

[17:35] that was thinking about anything else

[17:37] they were they were they were witnessing

[17:39] truth right before their eyes a miracle

[17:41] now you see that and you look at the

[17:44] person doesn't look like a movie star

[17:45] doesn't look like a vegetarian doesn't

[17:47] look like they're buffed doesn't look

[17:49] like that they're there they're there

[17:52] they're different than anybody else they

[17:53] just look like an average person and the

[17:56] most common thought that happens when

[17:57] you witness that is if that person can

[18:01] do it so could I and that drops the

[18:03] belief right away you you cannot go back

[18:07] to being the same person after you

[18:09] witness that it's impossible you're

[18:11] witnessing that type of transformation

[18:13] and stroke patients that have had a

[18:16] paralyzed limb for years or have been

[18:19] blinded by a stroke that have perfect

[18:21] vision again and the scans from their

[18:25] physician shows a complete 100% recovery

[18:28] now

[18:30] strokes don't heal if they don't heal in

[18:34] two weeks according to the conventional

[18:35] model of medicine and nervous don't

[18:38] really come back online if they've been

[18:40] damaged after a period of time and yet

[18:42] we're witnessing those kind of

[18:44] supernatural changes so then the belief

[18:47] the subconscious belief that that is

[18:52] impossible you may say oh yeah I believe

[18:54] that a person can be healthy I believe

[18:56] in miracles but when it comes time to

[18:58] actually execute them you got to step

[19:00] outside a little bit and you got to

[19:02] trust a whole lot so then when you start

[19:05] witnessing it it becomes like a brush

[19:09] fire I mean we see in our events once we

[19:12] start seeing those healings we know it's

[19:15] going to just get better and more

[19:17] phenomenological and then the side

[19:19] effect of that is a person with reynardo

[19:21] syndrome who has incredible sensitivity

[19:23] to cold that has an immune problem that

[19:26] is you can't go out of their house they

[19:28] stand on the stage and they say I cannot

[19:30] believe it I was just outside it's

[19:33] November and in London I don't have no

[19:35] pain in my hands and someone in the

[19:36] audience watches the same thing we had

[19:38] four people at that event with Raynard

[19:41] syndrome go into complete recovery into

[19:44] complete remission so just like an

[19:46] infection spreads amongst the community

[19:48] and creates disease all of a sudden

[19:50] health and wellness can be as infectious

[19:52] as disease and and Wow and all of a

[19:54] sudden it's the new consciousness it's

[19:56] the new way it's it's so we don't have

[19:58] to rely on something outside of us to

[20:00] make us feel better inside of us we

[20:02] begin to figure that out and I think

[20:03] that's you know that was when I read you

[20:05] were the placebo you know that was that

[20:07] ultimately compelling case to remind us

[20:10] that hey this is something that every

[20:12] clinical trial accounts for it accounts

[20:13] for the mind affecting the body so

[20:16] anybody who's a skeptic you can't be a

[20:18] skeptic and you list and I mean hundreds

[20:20] in that book alone right but then just

[20:23] knowing that we account for that in

[20:25] every single randomized clinical trial

[20:27] that we do we account for the placebo

[20:28] effect affecting the body in a way in a

[20:32] positive way so we know that this

[20:33] happens but that nonetheless when

[20:35] something spectacular happens with the

[20:37] placebo effect all spontaneous remission

[20:39] you know we'll discard that as like oh

[20:41] that was

[20:42] even though we know that the placebo

[20:44] effect Israel or the nocebo effect the

[20:47] opposite of that is also real still

[20:49] science wants to kind of like yeah let's

[20:51] just discard these spontaneous

[20:53] remissions well I I'm actually more

[20:55] interested in in deepening that

[20:58] understanding which means do we need a

[21:02] sugar pill saline injection or some

[21:05] false surgery or procedure to change our

[21:10] state of B I mean do you need some

[21:12] external influence because the sugar

[21:14] pill is a symbol it's a symbol of

[21:17] possibility and the person has been

[21:19] conditioned that pills new people so

[21:23] they put their a power into it and the

[21:26] moment the physician says this is a new

[21:29] drug and the physician is enthusiastic

[21:32] or excited about it

[21:34] that enthusiasm becomes contagious and

[21:36] the person all of a sudden sees the

[21:39] possibility in their mind they actually

[21:41] see a future that they actually could be

[21:44] healthy or better that's a clear

[21:46] intention and when they feel optimistic

[21:49] when they feel inspired when they feel

[21:51] grateful when they're changing their

[21:52] emotions or energy they're combining a

[21:56] clear intention with an elevated emotion

[21:57] and a thoughts of the vocabulary of the

[21:59] brain and feelings of vocab way of the

[22:01] body and how you think and how you feel

[22:03] creates your state of being they just

[22:05] moved from their past present state of

[22:07] being into a future present state of

[22:10] being they began to change their brain

[22:12] and body by thought alone so then do you

[22:15] need that sugar pill or can you just do

[22:17] it without it and get so good at doing

[22:20] it that you can change your state of

[22:22] being without the belief that you can

[22:24] you need to rely on some [ __ ]

[22:26] radically empowering though right know

[22:29] it like didn't take control of that

[22:31] mechanism and said and also this is the

[22:34] time that it needs to happen because the

[22:35] general skepticism of the medical

[22:38] industry and of the pills actually

[22:41] working and of the conventional

[22:42] treatments actually working that's on a

[22:44] downward that's on a downward decline I

[22:46] would say on the macro people are

[22:47] trusting that all I can just take a pill

[22:50] and everything will be fixed people are

[22:51] trusting that less so as they trust that

[22:53] less their actual belief that

[22:55] is going to happen is going to decrease

[22:57] so the result of that happening is going

[22:59] to decrease so we need something else to

[23:01] replace that which is the methodologies

[23:04] that you really ought to now there's a

[23:06] caveat to this because in depression

[23:09] studies where they give someone a

[23:11] placebo and they say this is the best

[23:13] best drug for depression four out of

[23:17] five people that are in the placebo

[23:19] study get better or do as well as people

[23:23] who are taking the actual antidepressant

[23:24] that's that's 80 percent right but

[23:28] here's the deal they've been taking that

[23:30] sugar pill for about eight weeks every

[23:34] day taking that pill and combining that

[23:36] clear intention with an elevated emotion

[23:38] they're moving into a new state of being

[23:40] so now with what that means is you got

[23:43] to do the work that means you actually

[23:45] have to practice sitting down getting

[23:48] beyond all the people in your life all

[23:50] the things you need to do the place you

[23:52] need to you got to you got to get beyond

[23:54] your body wanting to get up and go

[23:56] because it's been programmed that way

[23:57] and you got to tell your body you're not

[23:59] getting up until I say now this is when

[24:04] you come out of the bleachers and you

[24:05] get on the playing field because now you

[24:08] have to go from the nownself disentangle

[24:13] from those programs and exist in the

[24:15] unknown and possibility so then the

[24:17] person who's combining the clear

[24:19] intention with an elevated emotion and

[24:21] not relying on some external or

[24:23] exogenous substance they're doing it by

[24:24] thought alone changing their state of

[24:26] being I guarantee you it's gonna begin

[24:28] to become a habit and they're gonna know

[24:30] when they're there and when they're not

[24:31] and the word meditation means to become

[24:33] familiar with so then the more you

[24:36] become familiar with how you feel in

[24:39] changing that state of being the easier

[24:42] it will be for you to do it with your

[24:44] eyes open as well as your eyes closed

[24:46] and if you go back to the old state of

[24:48] being there's a good probability that

[24:51] your pain or your condition will come

[24:52] back so there's this kind of walls that

[24:54] goes on when people are learning how to

[24:57] heal and change they take a few steps

[24:59] forward and then a few steps back and

[25:01] then three steps forward and only one

[25:03] step back and they had a practice

[25:05] practice self-regulating they're gotta

[25:07] practice what they're paying attention

[25:09] to what

[25:09] unconscious of and if you if your stay

[25:13] with it

[25:14] for a long enough period of time all of

[25:17] a sudden now the person reaches a point

[25:19] we've measured what happens where their

[25:22] chemistry changes so dramatically that

[25:25] they're literally in love with life now

[25:27] imagine what happens when oxytocin is

[25:30] released in the quantities that we see

[25:32] oxytocin signals nitric oxide nitric

[25:35] oxide signals a chemical called

[25:38] endothelial derived relaxing factor and

[25:41] that's a big word or set of words that

[25:42] just means a chemical that signals the

[25:45] arteries in your heart to literally

[25:47] expand and when they expand you're

[25:50] getting more blood flow in there and

[25:51] just like when your sexual organs are

[25:53] around aroused and there's blood flow in

[25:55] there now with the same intensity you're

[25:57] gonna feel it right in your heart and

[25:59] it's gonna be way bigger and now the

[26:01] person's heart is wide open now so

[26:03] here's the question a person feels those

[26:07] emotions do you think they're gonna want

[26:08] to judge somebody else in that moment

[26:10] you think they're gonna want to hold a

[26:11] grudge they're not gonna try to forgive

[26:13] they're gonna feel so amazing they're

[26:16] not gonna want to lose this feeling and

[26:18] they're just gonna say I forgive you I'm

[26:20] not gonna I'm not gonna give this

[26:21] feeling up because of you know now

[26:24] that's the side effect of true

[26:27] transformation the side effect is a

[26:29] greater level of consciousness the side

[26:31] effect is a greater skill set in life

[26:35] and I think that when you start getting

[26:38] good at this then all the things you

[26:40] thought you wanted you no longer want

[26:43] because when you're creating more brain

[26:45] and heart coherence you feel more whole

[26:47] and the more whole you feel the less you

[26:50] live in LAC so how could you want many

[26:53] things if you feel whole it feels like

[26:57] you already have them and and that's

[26:58] Ashley when you start to see those

[27:00] wonderful miracles of synchronicities

[27:03] those serendipities those coincidences

[27:06] happening in a person those are

[27:07] experiences coming to them that's the

[27:09] field dropping Greg breadcrumbs saying

[27:11] keep going keep going and there's a

[27:14] synchronization between that person's

[27:16] energy and their future and the side

[27:18] effect of that or signs and that's when

[27:21] it gets to be exciting but

[27:22] every sign does what it creates an

[27:25] enthusiasm and excitement you're kind of

[27:27] going hey there's another sign I'm gonna

[27:28] go do it again so you now you're not

[27:30] going all I have to meditate today oh

[27:32] geez I gotta create my line you're

[27:34] looking forward you're like oh my god I

[27:36] don't want the magic to stop happening

[27:38] I'm gonna get into it and every

[27:39] synchronicity creates that elevated

[27:41] emotion and you use that energy for the

[27:43] next creation and people climb out of

[27:45] their lives climb out of their pasts

[27:47] yeah you know in the book becoming

[27:49] supernatural you talk about and you do

[27:51] this in your the placebo - you talk

[27:53] about the mechanism by which you know

[27:55] our thoughts can affect our body and I

[27:57] thought one of the interesting things

[27:58] that I never really thought about you

[28:00] talk about the upregulation

[28:01] down-regulation of some of our gene

[28:02] expression but we have this term that's

[28:05] been thrown around junk DNA where 98% of

[28:08] our cells are filled with this junk DNA

[28:10] and then you just again like the

[28:12] spontaneous remission science just

[28:13] discards that but you say huh what if

[28:16] this is just the raw quantum building

[28:17] blocks for whatever the [ __ ] you want to

[28:19] build yeah you know what if that's what

[28:21] that is

[28:22] I mean that's a great conversation for

[28:23] two bottles of wine in about four hours

[28:25] which which to me I'd rather talk about

[28:28] that and talk trash about anybody else

[28:31] or any sports figure because that that

[28:33] conversation is what invites a

[28:36] possibility so so the body is a protein

[28:39] producing machine every single cell in

[28:41] your body except red blood cells makes

[28:43] proteins muscle cells make muscle

[28:45] proteins actin and myosin skin cells

[28:47] make skin proteins collagen and elastin

[28:50] your stomach cells make stomach proteins

[28:51] called enzymes your immune system makes

[28:54] immune proteins called antibodies our

[28:56] immunoglobulins your eye cells make eye

[28:59] proteins called Carentan so you your

[29:01] body's a protein producing machine in an

[29:03] order for those cells to make proteins a

[29:06] gene has to be regulated so then they

[29:10] used to say genes create disease lie sin

[29:13] absolute line there's a very small

[29:14] percentage about 5 to 1 percent of

[29:17] people on the planet are born with a

[29:18] true genetic condition like type one

[29:20] diabetes the other 95 to 99 percent is

[29:24] created from lifestyle or behaviors a

[29:26] two identical twins sharing the same

[29:28] genome one dies at 52 the other one dies

[29:31] at 88 well what what happened there

[29:34] it was the reaction to the environment

[29:37] that caused their genes to be switched

[29:42] on or upregulated to make a healthy

[29:44] protein or downregulated to make it

[29:47] cheaper protein in and it turns out that

[29:50] when you're living in stress and living

[29:51] in survival you're living in emergency

[29:53] mode and that's not a time for growth

[29:54] and repair yeah that's a time to to

[29:57] mobilize all the body's energy all its

[29:59] resources from some endangered situation

[30:03] real or imagined in their life so if

[30:07] you're living emergency mode for an

[30:08] extended period of time and you keep

[30:11] signaling that gene while my goodness it

[30:14] makes sense then that over time the

[30:16] genes gonna begin to wear out just like

[30:18] like taking a copy of a copy of a copy

[30:20] of a copy sooner or later you're gonna

[30:22] start making a cheaper protein so the

[30:24] expression of proteins literally is the

[30:26] expression of life so then is it

[30:30] possible then to signal the gene ahead

[30:33] of the environment the answer is

[30:34] absolutely yes because if a person's

[30:37] waiting for the wealth to feel abundance

[30:39] if they're waiting for their health to

[30:40] feel wholeness and gratitude if they're

[30:42] if they're waiting for the new

[30:43] relationship to feel love they're living

[30:45] by the old model of reality of cause and

[30:47] effect waiting for something out there

[30:49] to change to make them feel better and

[30:51] here take away their lack or emptiness

[30:52] but the moment the person embraces the

[30:54] emotion ahead of the event if they

[30:56] understood what they were doing and why

[30:57] they were doing it then if the

[30:59] environment signals the gene and it does

[31:01] and the end product of an experience in

[31:03] the environment is an emotion when you

[31:05] Britt embraced the emotion ahead of the

[31:07] experience you're signaling the gene

[31:09] ahead of the environment and if genes

[31:11] make proteins and proteins a response

[31:13] for the structure and function of your

[31:14] body you begin to become that very

[31:17] person so it's not our wealth it's not

[31:19] our health it's not our new

[31:20] relationships it's not the things we

[31:22] accumulate it's who we become yeah

[31:24] so we overcome the old self which takes

[31:27] a great act of will and awareness and we

[31:31] become somebody else so then when you

[31:33] become it nobody can take that away from

[31:36] you

[31:36] in fact you know that you know how to do

[31:39] it or you know that you know that you

[31:40] are it and an abundant person doesn't

[31:42] say I'm abundant I'm abundant around

[31:43] bonden or what healthy person doesn't

[31:45] say I'm healthy I'm healthy and hell

[31:46] they don't say that they are it so then

[31:49] most peep

[31:49] have just been fooled by their senses

[31:52] because they're 5% of their conscious

[31:55] mind is holding the intent but their

[31:57] body is habituated into a predictable

[31:59] future emotionally conditioned into the

[32:02] past and their n they're saying I'm

[32:04] healthy I'm healthy I'm healthy I'm

[32:05] happy I'm happy and the body's gone

[32:07] you're miserable you're unhappy you're

[32:09] but that thought can't even make it past

[32:11] the brainstem to the body so then

[32:14] teaching people how to self-regulate

[32:17] they have no idea when they started

[32:19] changing their emotional states the

[32:21] amount of biological and energetic

[32:24] changes that take place within them and

[32:27] all around them so then develop that

[32:29] skill and get really good at this then

[32:33] for the most part you wouldn't be so

[32:35] interested in in so many material things

[32:39] you would be interested in facing off

[32:42] with yourself every day and asking what

[32:46] is it that stands in the way between me

[32:48] and my future what is it stands in the

[32:51] way between me and my connection to the

[32:52] quantum field that that's I think that's

[32:55] the real question that is a real

[32:56] question and I think you know I can look

[32:58] to my own life to see myself in that

[33:00] place of grappling with the resistance

[33:02] to doing that and looking at the

[33:04] resistance not only personally but in

[33:05] the macro alright you shed this yoke of

[33:08] genetic determinism where it's not my

[33:10] fault my genes are driving me this way

[33:12] well then if you're really hard on

[33:14] yourself and you blame yourself for

[33:16] everything happens if you have that

[33:18] natural tendency if you shed this idea

[33:21] that things are happening to you and

[33:23] it's not you know it's not your fault no

[33:24] matter what well then you have to take

[33:26] responsibility and if you're gonna blame

[33:27] yourself for everything that's happened

[33:29] and you're gonna be really hard and

[33:31] you're not able to forgive yourself well

[33:33] you're not gonna want to shed this idea

[33:35] of genetic knowledge even though it's

[33:36] your it's your identity now right is it

[33:38] becomes your identity so it's a very

[33:40] interesting conversation because this is

[33:43] an unlearning process I mean I mean

[33:47] Watson and Crick you know telling people

[33:51] that genes are this genes are a library

[33:54] of possibilities so we express

[33:57] one-and-a-half percent of our DNA the

[34:01] other 98 and a half percent is called

[34:03] junk DNA and and that one and a half

[34:05] percent that's twenty three thousand six

[34:08] hundred and eighty-eight genes we

[34:10] express we have a hundred and forty

[34:13] thousand proteins that make up the

[34:15] physical body how could you have more

[34:18] proteins than genes it should be one to

[34:20] one because on one gene you can have

[34:23] thousands of variations depending on the

[34:26] signal so I hypothesize that that other

[34:29] ninety eight and a half percent has to

[34:32] be signaled by electromagnetism that the

[34:35] receptor sites on the outside of the

[34:37] cells are are hundreds of times more

[34:40] sensitive to energy or electromagnetism

[34:42] than the Artic chemistry chemistry is a

[34:44] downward causation so imagine the person

[34:46] elevating their energetic state well

[34:48] they are going to literally it's select

[34:51] and instruct new genes and on those

[34:53] genes may be the ones that create more

[34:58] significant and faster changes in the

[35:01] body I mean how do you explain a person

[35:03] in one meditation that's blind that

[35:05] comes out is now seen like what happened

[35:08] there what with a stroke patient who who

[35:10] who was paralyzed for years is now

[35:12] moving a limb I mean that's is it's it's

[35:17] not matter that emits a field that's an

[35:19] illusion it's the field that that

[35:21] creates matter so then the fundamental

[35:24] question is if you change the field will

[35:27] you change matter it's none of your

[35:28] business to change the tumor the that's

[35:31] the that's the outcropping that's the

[35:33] out picturing of changing the pattern in

[35:35] the field so getting people really good

[35:37] at this and the closer they can connect

[35:40] to that unified field the more they are

[35:43] their consciousness is connected to that

[35:45] consciousness a shorter amount of time

[35:47] it will take yeah and and again going

[35:49] back to that resistance I mean we

[35:50] started this discussion with that little

[35:53] piece that could cause resistance and

[35:55] maybe has caused resistance maybe me

[35:57] believing that loving life is a choice

[36:00] and that little bit of sadness that

[36:02] brought those tears demise when we were

[36:04] doing our brief meditation before the

[36:05] podcast a little bit of sadness of like

[36:07] wow I could have been doing this this

[36:09] whole time I'm 38 and I've loved life

[36:11] sporadically and I had a very blessed

[36:13] life but if I would have chosen it I

[36:15] could have been more passionate and I

[36:16] could have loved it even more

[36:17] love the people that I loved I could

[36:19] have loved the places loved my family

[36:20] loved the people that I've lost I could

[36:22] have done all this then I'm like oh no

[36:23] oh no but that's the wrong way to think

[36:27] cuz that's again living in the past why

[36:28] not live in the present now saying okay

[36:31] I forgive myself for the past I did the

[36:33] best I [ __ ] could and now how about

[36:35] here on right and here on let me choose

[36:37] this new way and when you're ready to

[36:39] wake up wake up and and I mean I believe

[36:43] I'm an eternal being I believe I'm

[36:44] eternal and in fact all religions that

[36:47] you study always talk about your you're

[36:49] gonna be around for eternity whether

[36:51] it's heaven or hell

[36:52] whether it's karma or whatever nirvana

[36:54] you are going consciousness is going to

[36:57] exist so you're gonna be stuck with

[37:00] yourself for a very long time which then

[37:04] ass begs the question well if I'm waking

[37:07] up now and it's 2019 and I have this

[37:09] healthy body and this charisma

[37:11] successful my goodness I'm gonna use the

[37:14] same passion that the life that I've

[37:17] created with those great habits I'm

[37:20] gonna turn it inward and I'm gonna bloom

[37:22] like a flower in a new way because hey

[37:24] someone did it at 33 years old you're 38

[37:28] so what there are people in this in this

[37:31] group that we're about ready to that are

[37:33] in their 80s and they could be home

[37:35] watching Wheel of Fortune and they're

[37:36] all in and you can't tell me you're too

[37:40] old to do this work we have people in

[37:42] their 80s in a few in their 90's I've

[37:45] seen their brain scans and they know how

[37:49] to do it and you know what they're happy

[37:51] you can't you can't tell me you're too

[37:53] sick to do this work any longer we have

[37:56] really really sick people that have

[37:59] reversed very serious health conditions

[38:02] and even genetic disorders that there

[38:04] were no solutions for in medical science

[38:07] and there were days that they doubted

[38:09] themselves and there were days that they

[38:12] didn't feel like doing their meditations

[38:14] and they were dazed they were in so much

[38:16] fear because the doctors told them they

[38:18] were stupid and they were gonna die and

[38:20] there were days they could have excused

[38:22] themselves and said I have too much

[38:23] going on I'm too busy and they could

[38:26] have excused themselves and not on the

[38:28] work but guess what

[38:31] they did it anyway they overcame the

[38:33] conditions in their environment they

[38:35] overcame their beliefs they overcame

[38:37] those programs the conditioning they

[38:39] overcame their body they overcame their

[38:42] fear that their love for life started

[38:45] become greater than their fear of death

[38:46] that's just because they made the effort

[38:49] to turn the battleship around and and

[38:53] you can't even tell me that you're too

[38:55] overweight or too underweight or too out

[38:56] of shape I've seen it on all shapes and

[38:58] sizes

[38:59] you can't even tell me that that you're

[39:01] you never meditated before in fact many

[39:04] times people have never meditated before

[39:05] have the most profound readings because

[39:08] they're not trying to do anything or

[39:09] expect to do anything I'm doing it their

[39:11] way they're just following with what you

[39:13] tell them to do and their innocence they

[39:15] run right into something really big so

[39:17] so so what a 38 years old practicing

[39:22] this you could say that my new goal is

[39:25] to live for a hundred and fifty years in

[39:27] a body that's 38 or 48 and we're

[39:30] measuring telomeres we have people many

[39:33] people their biological age is way

[39:36] different than their chronological age

[39:37] they don't care that they're 38 their

[39:39] body tells them they're 28 and and why

[39:41] because they're are working with

[39:45] down-regulating genes for disease and up

[39:48] regulating genes for health every day

[39:50] why because they understand that they

[39:53] can and if you don't understand that you

[39:56] can and you're ignorant then it doesn't

[39:58] work so then so then people who actually

[40:02] say I'm gonna experiment I'm gonna be

[40:05] the common I'm gonna become the

[40:06] scientist with my life I'm gonna measure

[40:08] the effects of me at cause that's how I

[40:10] live I say alright I'm gonna change my

[40:12] energy I can tell you nobody changes and

[40:15] all the years I've been doing this

[40:16] nobody changes until they change their

[40:18] energy and when you change your energy

[40:21] you change your life and why not every

[40:24] day instead of getting up and searching

[40:27] for yourself own 86 percent of the

[40:29] people that have a smartphone the first

[40:31] thing they do when they wake up is they

[40:33] do their what's up their text or

[40:34] facebook they take a picture of their

[40:36] feet they post it on Facebook then they

[40:37] do their Instagram you know take a

[40:39] picture of their cat you know and then

[40:40] they link in and then I check one email

[40:42] the other an email they check the news

[40:43] and now they're there they're there

[40:45] attention as and everything known in

[40:47] their life they reaffirm their identity

[40:48] and then they go through all those

[40:50] routine behaviors 95% of them they're

[40:53] not even present and conscious of

[40:54] there's a group of them or they're there

[40:56] remembering their problems in their past

[40:58] that's how they start their day and and

[41:00] don't expect anything in your life the

[41:04] change if your environment is

[41:07] controlling your feelings and thoughts

[41:10] and if your environment is controlling

[41:12] how you feel and think and I say to you

[41:14] Robbie why are you so upset today oh

[41:16] well this person is upsetting me what

[41:18] you're really saying is that person is

[41:22] controlling your feelings and your

[41:24] thoughts and that means you're a victim

[41:25] to your environments well to turn that

[41:28] around and you start realizing your

[41:30] feelings and thoughts create your

[41:32] environment and you start seeing the

[41:35] effects of you at cause you're gonna

[41:39] react less the people in your life

[41:40] because you're gonna understand that

[41:42] you'll be back to the victim

[41:43] consciousness and and when you start

[41:45] seeing that you're creating outcomes in

[41:47] your life you're gonna believe more that

[41:48] you're the creator of your life and less

[41:51] the victim of your life and I say the

[41:53] more you practice it the better you get

[41:56] at it what do you tell people who

[41:58] struggle with that assertion of will

[42:01] that that needs to be there to overcome

[42:04] the addiction to being yourself right

[42:06] like the it you know if there's someone

[42:08] who just who believes what you're saying

[42:10] like yeah yeah I get it but they're

[42:12] still finding themselves not quite

[42:14] stepping up to the plate to put that

[42:16] phone down to go through that meditation

[42:18] the first thing to break the habit of

[42:20] being themselves but because they're

[42:21] addicted they just don't have that will

[42:23] like what do you what do you say to that

[42:25] I say come to a weeklong we'll take care

[42:28] of you in a week right I mean we'll take

[42:29] care of you you know me there's so many

[42:31] times the husband's get dragged to these

[42:32] events with their wives you know and

[42:34] they're sitting there like hey you know

[42:36] by the third day I'm their best friend

[42:38] man their hearts wide open there I mean

[42:40] they're healed I mean crazy stuff

[42:42] happens in and look I mean it's a

[42:47] movement now

[42:48] I mean I'm waking up in my dream I

[42:50] honestly are we never thought that I

[42:54] would witness what I'm witnessing

[42:58] in this lifetime and there is a new

[43:01] consciousness emerging there's something

[43:03] happening where people are latching on

[43:06] to their own empowerment latching on to

[43:09] their own unlimitedness and it's

[43:11] becoming very contagious so the person

[43:16] you know I I used to golf a lot with my

[43:19] friends and I used to say to them I mean

[43:23] I'm a decent golfer but I'd say to them

[43:24] I'm just not good enough to get upset

[43:26] just I'm really not but I'm gonna have a

[43:29] lot of fun mm-hmm and and I'm gonna play

[43:31] and the more fun I have the better I

[43:33] play I watched you know youyou Duff is

[43:36] shot and then you start getting angry

[43:37] and frustrated it's the same thing yeah

[43:40] that's your game is gonna you're gonna

[43:42] you're gonna make the same mistake on

[43:44] the next swing because your emotion is

[43:47] keeping you in your past so you got to

[43:49] make a choice the self-regulate or not

[43:51] and the ones that get right back on that

[43:52] have ice water in their veins that can

[43:54] settle down and refocus again yeah those

[43:56] are the ones that execute really well so

[43:59] the person who can't get beyond

[44:00] themselves it's just a matter of

[44:02] practicing how many balls do you have to

[44:04] hit how many punches do you have to

[44:06] throw many kicks that you have to throw

[44:08] till all of a sudden you start looking

[44:10] forward to doing it and and yeah I can

[44:13] tell you this because I've been doing it

[44:14] for a very long time

[44:15] some days are easier than others but I'm

[44:18] not gonna give up

[44:19] I'm just not I mean if I'm gonna carve

[44:21] out some time then I'm all-in I'm not

[44:24] I'm not gonna shut my cell phone off I'm

[44:26] gonna you can disconnect from it it's

[44:28] all gonna be there when I get back what

[44:30] I'm going to do is I'm gonna make my

[44:32] inner world more real than my outer

[44:33] world and step by step I mean you can't

[44:38] get impatient doing this you can't get

[44:41] frustrated doing this you can't get

[44:44] resentful doing this you can't force it

[44:47] or control it we I've seen what happens

[44:49] in the brain you're gonna make your

[44:51] brain worse

[44:52] so sooner or later you start figuring

[44:54] out that isn't it and all of a sudden

[44:56] you start following the instructions and

[44:58] you start going wow that was really easy

[45:00] what was I doing up to this point

[45:02] everything but the formula you were

[45:05] doing everything else but the farm and

[45:06] doing it your way

[45:07] analytical mind telling you to quit it's

[45:09] too hard you'll never get it yeah those

[45:11] are the exact things

[45:12] standing in the way between you and your

[45:14] future and every time you become

[45:15] conscious that you do that and you

[45:17] settle back down that's a victory every

[45:20] time your body wants to get up and check

[45:21] an email or check the cell phone or

[45:23] check get up and you get a cup of coffee

[45:24] and you settle it down you're telling

[45:26] the body it's no longer the mind that

[45:28] you're the mind every time it wants to

[45:30] go back to the past and romance some

[45:32] trauma just to reaffirm some emotional

[45:35] state and you become conscious of that

[45:37] and you say where I place my attention

[45:38] is where I place my energy and I'm

[45:40] siphoning energy out of the present

[45:42] moment into the past and you become

[45:43] conscious of it and we turn back to the

[45:44] present moment that's a victory and

[45:46] every time you are thinking about the

[45:48] staff meeting at 6 o'clock or 5 o'clock

[45:50] in the afternoon and that's the known

[45:52] and you stop and you return back to the

[45:54] present moment your disinvesting your

[45:56] attention and energy out of that future

[45:58] and you're making room for the unknown

[46:01] in your life and that's a victory and

[46:03] when your will gets greater than the

[46:06] program because most people lose their

[46:09] free will to programs because they are

[46:13] they are on that wheel where they are

[46:15] loop you could take their yesterday and

[46:17] lift it up and set it on there tomorrow

[46:18] because they're in the habit of doing

[46:20] everything in a routine way so then when

[46:23] they've lose their free will to a

[46:25] program in their body which is a habit

[46:28] has become the mine now their body's

[46:30] dragging them into a predictable future

[46:32] and they've lost their free will to a

[46:34] program and you sit down and you your

[46:35] body is telling I'm gonna die in this

[46:37] meditation I'm gonna suffocate and okay

[46:40] and you just keep settling it back down

[46:42] every time you do that it's a victory

[46:46] and celebrate those victories you know

[46:48] one of the things that I talk about in

[46:49] the book that I wrote is if you're

[46:51] halfway through a doughnut and you put

[46:53] the second half of the doughnut down

[46:55] that's a victory you don't need to beat

[46:58] yourself up for starting that doughnut

[46:59] like that's a victory wherever you are

[47:01] like don't look at it in this binary

[47:03] thing Oh we'll start of the year I'm

[47:04] gonna start a new plan I'm gonna take

[47:06] care of my body

[47:07] oh well start starting fresh Monday like

[47:09] you can stop at any point I'll celebrate

[47:12] that that's my point if you're gonna say

[47:14] I'll do it later I'll do it tomorrow or

[47:18] Monday you're in a program right because

[47:20] you actually should be doing it in the

[47:23] moment right right so that

[47:25] I assert that if you're not in the

[47:29] present moment you're running a program

[47:31] and so the more listen

[47:35] paying attention is being present and

[47:39] it's a skill and you know when someone's

[47:42] present with you in your life because

[47:43] they're paying attention to you and you

[47:45] know when they're not present with you

[47:46] because they're not paying attention

[47:47] with you to you

[47:48] so then imagine you're going to create

[47:52] and you're not present how could you

[47:56] miss the moment of creation you then are

[47:58] in the known you're in the familiar

[48:00] past or the predictable future so that

[48:03] that that that sweet spot of the

[48:06] generous present moment if you keep

[48:08] practicing overcoming your body

[48:10] overcoming the conditions in your

[48:13] environment and overcoming that

[48:14] predictable huge in the familiar past

[48:16] and you keep working for the present

[48:18] moment you are going to develop the

[48:21] habit of being present and if where you

[48:23] place your attention is where you place

[48:25] your energy and you're in the present

[48:27] moment you got a lot of energy to use

[48:29] you got a lot of energy to execute you

[48:30] got a lot of energy to design a destiny

[48:33] with and I invite people to look back at

[48:35] their own life and look at the

[48:37] spontaneous moments where this has

[48:38] happened because I can gen I can

[48:41] literally attribute pretty much every

[48:43] single successful experience of my life

[48:46] every single great experience from a

[48:48] moment in which I created that idea I

[48:52] had that inspired feeling I had that

[48:54] feeling like oh this is gonna how this

[48:56] is gonna be big and that flood of

[48:58] emotion and that confidence in that and

[49:00] that it would happen somewhat

[49:02] spontaneously and somewhat

[49:03] serendipitously and then the result

[49:05] would be on it as a company or the

[49:07] result would be my book or the

[49:08] relationship or something great that

[49:10] would happen but I never really harness

[49:13] the control over it I just utilized what

[49:16] kind of happened by happenstance and

[49:18] maybe I would do a few things to put

[49:20] myself in the right place in the right

[49:22] time to make this happen a little bit

[49:23] more reliably but no doubt that all of

[49:26] the good things that have happened have

[49:27] come from that formula now if I can take

[49:29] control of that formula oh [ __ ] yeah

[49:32] well look I mean I'll be the first

[49:34] person to say that we already know how

[49:36] to do this we all we are wire

[49:39] to be creators we already know how to do

[49:41] it you just just made up your mind that

[49:44] it was more important than anything else

[49:45] and and and you have that vision you

[49:48] have that possibility and the moment you

[49:50] feel that emotion you're connected to

[49:52] your future and no person no thing no

[49:56] experience will stand in the way between

[49:58] you and that future and it's feeling

[50:02] connected to your future feeling the

[50:04] inspiration the joy feeling the

[50:06] exuberance the love for your future

[50:09] every day is going to just like your

[50:11] body follows your mind to the coffee

[50:13] maker to a toilet every morning to the

[50:15] known your body is gonna follow your

[50:17] mind right into that future because

[50:19] that's where your attention and your

[50:20] energy is so then yeah if it isn't

[50:23] happening in your life then there's some

[50:26] emotion there's some unconscious

[50:29] attitude or thought process hardwired

[50:32] there's some habituation of thought

[50:34] behavior or emotional reaction that's

[50:37] keeping you as you so then if your

[50:41] personality creates your personal

[50:43] reality and it does and your personality

[50:46] is made of how you think how you act and

[50:48] how you feel then the present

[50:51] personality who's listening to this show

[50:53] has created the present personal reality

[50:55] called her life so if you want to create

[50:57] a new personal reality a new life it

[51:00] means you're gonna have to change your

[51:01] personality that means gonna start

[51:03] thinking about what you've been thinking

[51:05] about and that 95 percent and change it

[51:08] you have to become conscious of your

[51:10] unconscious habits and behaviors how you

[51:12] speak and modify them and then you have

[51:15] a look at those emotions that keep you

[51:19] connected to the past and decide does

[51:23] this emotion belong in my future and if

[51:26] it doesn't leave it behind and the

[51:28] memory associated with it so most people

[51:31] try to create a new personal reality as

[51:34] the same personality and it doesn't work

[51:38] we literally have to become someone else

[51:40] and the act of becoming is a function of

[51:44] overcoming so that means you got to

[51:47] light a match in a dark place and when

[51:49] you sit down and all of a sudden you

[51:51] hear those voices

[51:52] I can it's too hard I'll never change

[51:54] it's my ex's fault it's my boss's fault

[51:56] you know I'm to this some to that I'm

[51:59] too old I'm too tired it's too late and

[52:01] those are the thoughts that are the

[52:04] boundary of the known and now you're

[52:07] stepping out into new territory and the

[52:09] body that's been conditioned to be the

[52:12] mind emotionally is saying don't go

[52:15] don't don't leave the the known here

[52:18] stick with guilt it's much better stick

[52:20] with suffering at least you can predict

[52:22] it and yet your conscious mind is

[52:24] wanting to go for a ride and your body's

[52:26] going too low so so then I may take a

[52:29] little time to help the body out of the

[52:33] past it takes some time right so then

[52:36] the person can't have a great meditation

[52:38] and feel really connected and then get

[52:41] up and then get frustrated on the

[52:43] freeway and judging everybody else I

[52:45] mean you just disconnected from the

[52:49] energy of your future and you're back to

[52:51] the energy the best don't expect

[52:53] anything to change and if you tell me

[52:55] it's because of that person or that

[52:57] circumstance I want to say ah you're

[52:59] back to the unconscious program of being

[53:01] a victim in your life and so there is a

[53:03] period a grace period of transformation

[53:06] where we have to cross this river from

[53:09] the old self to the new self and that

[53:10] that void that unknown is the

[53:13] neurological the biological the chemical

[53:15] or hormonal the genetic death of the old

[53:18] self and and the most people the moment

[53:21] they step out and the hardest part about

[53:23] change is making a new choice the moment

[53:25] you make a new choice get ready you're

[53:28] leaving the known it's gonna be

[53:30] uncomfortable it's gonna be unfamiliar

[53:31] there's gonna be some uncertainty you

[53:33] can't predict you're not in the known

[53:34] any longer and most people you know they

[53:36] step out and they hear that voice you

[53:38] use it's too hard you never change and

[53:40] they believe in that thought and that

[53:41] thought leads to the same choice which

[53:43] leads to the same behavior creates the

[53:45] same experience produces the same

[53:46] emotion and then they say oh this

[53:49] already feels right to me no that feels

[53:51] familiar so so then if you're becoming

[53:55] conscious of how you speak you're

[53:57] sitting in your meditation and you're

[53:59] becoming aware of how you act that you

[54:01] complain and you blame and you make

[54:02] excuses you feel sorry for yourself you

[54:04] judge other people now your conscious

[54:06] of what your unconscious of that's a

[54:08] victory to because consciousness brings

[54:11] awareness and there's an energy that

[54:13] goes along with that and now a sudden

[54:15] you're not in the program you're the

[54:17] consciousness observing the program

[54:19] you're outside the jar you're

[54:21] objectifying your subjective self you're

[54:23] seeing yourself through the eyes of

[54:25] someone else and then when you look at

[54:27] those emotions and you say my goodness I

[54:28] I didn't even know it was guilt I just

[54:31] it this is how I always feel I didn't

[54:34] even know it was killed now I know all

[54:36] right well now that you know you can't

[54:38] not know so then what are you gonna do

[54:41] you know live with the knowing that

[54:42] you're a victim or you're guilty or

[54:44] you're suffering

[54:45] no the insight isn't gonna do anything

[54:46] until you initiate some type of change

[54:49] so then you say I'm gonna stop blaming

[54:52] complaining make excuses feeling sorry

[54:54] for myself judging other people now

[54:57] you're in the river and there's a tug

[55:01] for the brain and body to go back to the

[55:03] familiar past and and every day if you

[55:06] just work I'm practicing and changing it

[55:09] you will go from one state of being to

[55:12] another state of being and you will

[55:14] begin to think differently what thoughts

[55:16] do I want a fire and wire in my brain

[55:18] that's a good question what behaviors do

[55:22] I want to demonstrate in one day the act

[55:24] of closing your eyes as an athlete you

[55:27] know this and you begin to rehearse in

[55:30] your mind mentally rehearse what you're

[55:32] about to do

[55:34] begins to install the neurological

[55:36] hardware in your brain to look like

[55:39] you've already done it

[55:40] now the brain is no longer a record of

[55:42] the past it's now a map to the future

[55:45] and if you keep hitting that hardware

[55:47] over and over again the hardware is

[55:49] gonna become a software program and who

[55:51] knows you just may start acting like a

[55:53] happy person there's no magic there

[55:56] you're actually following suit of how

[55:59] you primed your brain and it's no

[56:01] different then training in any sport or

[56:04] dancing the salsa whatever you do a lot

[56:07] of this podcast is about manifesting

[56:08] your future reality but one of the

[56:11] things about that is sometimes it takes

[56:13] some time and sometimes when you're

[56:15] impatient and you want to manifest

[56:17] something like being really swole well

[56:19] that's why we have total n ho from on it

[56:22] this is a product you can take right

[56:23] before you work out and that very same

[56:25] workout you're gonna be more swole like

[56:27] that's the point of total nitric oxide

[56:29] it enhances the blood flow improves your

[56:32] performance and if you're looking first

[56:34] etics it's ridiculous

[56:36] this is the best nitric oxide formula

[56:39] I've ever tried you can get it at on it

[56:41] comm /aa bri i encourage you guys to try

[56:44] it out not only for the performance but

[56:46] for how you look and how you'll feel and

[56:48] again this is like manifestation but

[56:51] like the immediate version so I hope you

[56:53] enjoy it and I hope you enjoy the rest

[56:55] of the show and then here's the toughest

[56:57] part the toughest part is can I teach my

[57:02] body emotionally what that future feels

[57:06] like before it happens

[57:08] now that sounds really easy but when it

[57:12] comes down to feeling gratitude before

[57:14] the experience most people go yeah I

[57:17] gotta go ya didn't really feel it you

[57:20] know but the person who says I'm not

[57:22] getting up I'm just not gonna get up

[57:24] until I open my heart to life now to me

[57:29] that's that's a willingness so then as

[57:32] they trade guilt and suffering for joy

[57:36] and freedom and they an inspiration and

[57:39] a love for life and they're doing it

[57:41] without relying on anything outside of

[57:43] them they're gonna be more prone to no

[57:47] longer need anything outside of them to

[57:49] make them feel that way they're gonna

[57:51] feel that way naturally and then

[57:53] everybody's gonna be really suspicious

[57:54] like he changed his medication who he's

[57:58] doing something he's not telling me you

[58:00] know you're gonna show up unpredictable

[58:02] in your life and that's when we begin to

[58:05] become outstanding or supernatural or

[58:07] extraordinary but you can't take any of

[58:12] that with you to become someone else and

[58:14] if someone says to me well I really

[58:16] can't do it because I've had this

[58:18] experience 22 years ago or 30 years ago

[58:20] I'm gonna say to you that event had such

[58:24] a strong emotion that you haven't

[58:27] changed since that experience and forget

[58:30] about the experience

[58:32] just overcome the emotion because the

[58:35] memory without the emotional charge is

[58:37] called wisdom and that's why we're here

[58:40] so then you can look back at the past

[58:42] and you can say wow I learned something

[58:45] really great I'd never do that again and

[58:46] by the way when the experience finally

[58:50] lands in your lap and you prove to

[58:52] yourself how powerful you really are

[58:54] that you created something by thought

[58:56] alone and that event comes in a way that

[58:59] you never expected that surprises you

[59:02] and leaves no doubt that what you were

[59:05] doing inside of you produced an effect

[59:07] outside of you and you are exuberant and

[59:10] you feel worthy of life and feel

[59:14] grateful to be alive that you are in

[59:16] love with the moment you will look back

[59:19] at your entire past in that moment I

[59:22] swear and you will not want to change

[59:25] one thing in your past because it got

[59:28] you to that present moment and that's

[59:30] when it was all worth it that's when all

[59:32] makes sense now you're free from the

[59:35] past and now you're not you're not

[59:37] thinking about the past any longer

[59:38] you're believing in your future more

[59:40] than you're believing in your past

[59:41] you're more in love with your future

[59:42] than you are with your past I think in

[59:44] hindsight it is often easier for us to

[59:47] have gratitude for those things that

[59:49] have happened the challenges have always

[59:50] created the greatest results in my life

[59:53] many of the times you know these things

[59:54] that were hard and these things I was

[59:56] afraid of when they actually came to

[59:58] pass the adaptation that those created I

[1:00:00] can be incredibly grateful for but then

[1:00:02] the skill then is to have that hindsight

[1:00:04] practice as your foresight practice so

[1:00:06] that when you're looking ahead towards

[1:00:08] the future you're knowing that whatever

[1:00:09] comes to you in the future

[1:00:11] will also be just like everything that's

[1:00:13] happened in your past and something that

[1:00:15] you're ultimately grateful for and if

[1:00:17] you can get that skill then I think

[1:00:19] you're really you're really on the canoe

[1:00:21] in that River and you're really

[1:00:22] navigating that well and and and the

[1:00:25] cool thing about that is that if you

[1:00:27] truly practice like that level of

[1:00:31] gratitude or embracing the emotions of

[1:00:33] your future you're literally if you

[1:00:36] understand you're changing your gene

[1:00:37] expression when you're doing it you're

[1:00:39] strengthening your immune system when

[1:00:40] you do it all of a sudden you start to

[1:00:42] see all these fundamental benefits that

[1:00:44] are a side effect of your efforts

[1:00:46] it's going to become something that you

[1:00:49] want to do all the time something that

[1:00:51] you look forward to and I and I and I

[1:00:53] think that that's why we're here I think

[1:00:55] and and when you truly get to that point

[1:00:57] like that's a it's a it's an unlearning

[1:01:00] we're hypnotized we're conditioned into

[1:01:04] believing we need a reason for gratitude

[1:01:07] or joy and consumerism makes it really

[1:01:09] clear right until I get that I'm this

[1:01:12] but what if you've been creating and

[1:01:14] every time you have the thought of your

[1:01:16] future you've done it so many times it

[1:01:18] makes you feel like you're connected to

[1:01:19] your future well that's a conditioning

[1:01:21] as well if you have the thought of your

[1:01:23] future and you feel the lack that it's

[1:01:25] not there then you're back to the victim

[1:01:28] right but if you can have the thought

[1:01:30] and the thought actually produces just

[1:01:32] like fear the thought of something

[1:01:34] terrible happening in your life creates

[1:01:35] the feeling of fear the thought of

[1:01:37] something wonderful in your life

[1:01:39] creating the feeling of gratitude then

[1:01:41] when you think about your future you

[1:01:44] begin to emotionally condition your body

[1:01:46] into that future now here's the payoff

[1:01:49] thoughts are the electrical charge in

[1:01:51] the quantum field and feelings are the

[1:01:53] magnetic charge in the quantum field and

[1:01:54] how you think and how you feel

[1:01:57] broadcasts information and energy into

[1:02:00] the field so into the collective you in

[1:02:02] the end to the unified fields so the

[1:02:04] question is what are you broadcasting

[1:02:08] every single day so then if then we know

[1:02:12] that once you begin to self-regulate and

[1:02:14] you begin to open your heart just in

[1:02:16] that small exercise that we did the act

[1:02:19] of creating that kind of coherence in

[1:02:21] your heart begins to produce a

[1:02:22] measurable magnetic field up to three

[1:02:25] meters wide that heart is actually

[1:02:27] producing a resonance that energy that

[1:02:30] frequency carries information and when

[1:02:32] your heart is open this is our center of

[1:02:35] oneness this is our center of wholeness

[1:02:36] this is the union of polarity and

[1:02:38] duality this is the the connection of

[1:02:42] opposites so when the heart starts to

[1:02:44] become activated and we start to feel

[1:02:45] whole and it begins to put that

[1:02:49] energetic pattern into the field that

[1:02:51] frequency can carry the thought of your

[1:02:54] health it can carry the thought of your

[1:02:56] wealth the frequency of suffering

[1:02:59] can'tcan't carries that carries

[1:03:01] different thoughts it can't carry the

[1:03:03] thought of health is that so projecting

[1:03:05] that electromagnetic frequency into the

[1:03:07] field into the collective Unified Field

[1:03:09] is that the fundamental causal response

[1:03:14] of that thing attracting back towards

[1:03:17] you so let's say you project that thing

[1:03:18] let's say it's outside of your body like

[1:03:20] I think understanding how the gene

[1:03:22] expression works and understanding how

[1:03:23] you can heal your body is one thing but

[1:03:25] how do you manifest that external thing

[1:03:27] from having that job offer from

[1:03:29] happening that thing you're projecting

[1:03:31] that out in the field but what is the

[1:03:33] response mechanism that actually calls

[1:03:35] that back well we need three bottles of

[1:03:38] wine but let's make it really simple 70%

[1:03:44] of the time people live in survival live

[1:03:47] in stress and they're that invisible

[1:03:50] field of electromagnetism that's

[1:03:51] surrounding the body that resource of

[1:03:54] energy is going to be squandered into

[1:03:57] chemistry

[1:03:58] every time you react the field around

[1:04:01] your body shrinks a little bit more and

[1:04:03] you become more matter less energy more

[1:04:05] particle less wave and then the hormones

[1:04:08] of stress cause you to narrow your focus

[1:04:11] on the cause so when you narrow your

[1:04:13] focus on the cause you're focusing on

[1:04:15] the particle and quantum physics matter

[1:04:17] and your senses or take so conditioned

[1:04:20] than to focus in on matter that you're

[1:04:22] beginning to experience separation so

[1:04:24] the more I live by the hormones of

[1:04:26] stress the more I have separation

[1:04:27] there's separation between me and you

[1:04:29] and my sensors are fooling me into it

[1:04:31] but the Unified Field says there is no

[1:04:33] separation so then if you're addicted to

[1:04:36] those emotions and you're you're there

[1:04:38] heightening your senses that's what they

[1:04:40] do in survival and you become a

[1:04:42] materialist and your field around your

[1:04:44] body shrinking then you're gonna feel

[1:04:47] separate from the quantum field and it's

[1:04:48] going to take a long time for you to

[1:04:53] create what you want because you're

[1:04:55] separate from the field and you will be

[1:04:56] matter trying to change matter so the

[1:04:59] moment you begin to activate the center

[1:05:01] this is our connection this is our first

[1:05:02] connection to the Unified Field the

[1:05:04] moment energy moves into this Center and

[1:05:07] we've measured this the field around the

[1:05:08] body expands and once their energy in

[1:05:10] the heart guess where it goes

[1:05:11] straight up to the brain

[1:05:13] the heart acts as an amplifier and what

[1:05:16] it literally it begins to increase

[1:05:18] energy in the brain so now once that

[1:05:21] field begins to expand and you get

[1:05:24] beyond you take all of your attention

[1:05:26] off your body off the people in your

[1:05:28] life the things you own the place you

[1:05:29] need to be in time itself and you become

[1:05:32] pure consciousness and you take all of

[1:05:33] your attention out of this

[1:05:34] three-dimensional reality out of the

[1:05:36] known and you start putting your

[1:05:38] attention on that field there is a

[1:05:39] technique that we teach to do that and

[1:05:41] you begin to feel connected from that

[1:05:43] field now the faster the frequency the

[1:05:47] higher the emotion you feel the shorter

[1:05:50] amount of time it's going to take for it

[1:05:52] to appear in your life because the

[1:05:53] faster the frequency the closer you're

[1:05:55] getting to oneness and wholeness so then

[1:05:58] when you teach people how to get beyond

[1:06:01] all of the elements in this

[1:06:03] 3-dimensional reality and begin to open

[1:06:05] their heart their heart in that

[1:06:07] frequency is their connection to the

[1:06:09] field the moment they open their heart

[1:06:11] they become more energy than matter more

[1:06:13] wave than particle and now that becomes

[1:06:16] the amplifier that begins to generate a

[1:06:19] whole new set of thoughts a whole new

[1:06:21] consciousness and that heart Center then

[1:06:24] makes us want to serve makes us want to

[1:06:28] take care of one another

[1:06:29] to inform one another to help one

[1:06:31] another to give to one another to heal

[1:06:33] one another that's that's what creates

[1:06:35] unity we know this to be the case we've

[1:06:37] taken thousand people in a room we've

[1:06:41] set 50 people in the front of the room

[1:06:43] wearing HRV monitors heart rate monitors

[1:06:45] and we've told the entire audience to

[1:06:47] move into heart coherence and brain

[1:06:49] coherence and have the intent for the

[1:06:52] greatest good for the people sitting in

[1:06:54] the front of the room in a matter of

[1:06:57] seconds all their hearts go into

[1:06:59] coherence at the exact same time in the

[1:07:02] exact same day in the exact same

[1:07:03] meditation they're being influenced by

[1:07:06] energy and their autonomic nervous

[1:07:08] system is being entrained to a new

[1:07:10] frequency so imagine then you begin to

[1:07:13] change your energy you begin to affect

[1:07:15] many people in your life and those

[1:07:17] people don't have to be right there next

[1:07:19] to you where you're touching because

[1:07:21] when you put that in 10 out we're all so

[1:07:23] much more connected than we ever

[1:07:25] believed and

[1:07:26] we are connected we are kin they aren't

[1:07:28] connected and that now you're creating

[1:07:30] from the field so imagine then if your

[1:07:32] connective you're feeling connected to

[1:07:34] all possibilities then it makes sense

[1:07:37] then that once you're connected you

[1:07:39] don't have to worry about how it's gonna

[1:07:41] happen when it's gonna happen is none of

[1:07:42] your business it's like your

[1:07:44] consciousness is already communicating

[1:07:46] with the consciousness of all of the

[1:07:47] collective consciousness around you

[1:07:49] which were all connected to ultimately

[1:07:51] the closer you get to source the more

[1:07:53] you can surrender and go deeper the more

[1:07:56] connected you are then how it plays out

[1:08:00] and three-dimensional reality leave it

[1:08:02] up to the greater mind and just live as

[1:08:05] if your future has already happened try

[1:08:07] it out I mean see what happens so

[1:08:10] there's some parts there's some parts

[1:08:12] where this starts to get into that kind

[1:08:14] of the weird the weird territory here

[1:08:16] and I want to take a little time here at

[1:08:18] the end to talk about this and you you

[1:08:19] mentioned it in your book and I've heard

[1:08:21] from people within your workshops some

[1:08:23] people who get into really slow Delta

[1:08:25] frequencies start to have very mystical

[1:08:28] experiences you've talked to yourself

[1:08:29] about you told the story of one

[1:08:31] experience where you actually visualized

[1:08:34] your pineal gland in the mouth of it

[1:08:36] opening up and spilling out this frothy

[1:08:38] white thing and you stopping time and

[1:08:41] understanding and seeing time and if I

[1:08:42] mean these are the classic psychedelic

[1:08:44] experiences that we use other different

[1:08:47] compounds to get to but you're reaching

[1:08:49] that state in meditation through your

[1:08:51] practices through visualization and some

[1:08:52] very interesting things are happening

[1:08:53] sure yeah well first of all we if we

[1:08:57] have those receptors in our brain hmm it

[1:09:01] must mean our brain is capable of making

[1:09:03] those substances and so there's four

[1:09:08] states of consciousness

[1:09:09] there's wakefulness there's sleep

[1:09:13] there's Dreaming and then there's a

[1:09:15] transcendental moment and when you've

[1:09:18] had enough of everything in this 3d

[1:09:21] world and nothing new is happening you

[1:09:24] start wondering if there's something

[1:09:26] else and so from me you have a few

[1:09:30] mystical moments when you're a kid or in

[1:09:32] your early a part of your life and you

[1:09:34] start chasing that experience and so for

[1:09:37] me I wanted to understand

[1:09:40] there was a bridge between that world

[1:09:44] where there are infinite number of

[1:09:46] dimensions in this three-dimensional

[1:09:49] world that we live in so my my interest

[1:09:53] in explaining this mystical science of

[1:09:57] the pineal gland is really thinking of

[1:10:00] the pineal gland as the brains radio

[1:10:02] receiver and it can only be activated

[1:10:07] through a certain process and we have

[1:10:10] the most beautiful brain scans to show

[1:10:13] that we're seeing the trend that when a

[1:10:15] person begins to take their attention

[1:10:17] off of everything material

[1:10:19] three-dimensional reality and narrow

[1:10:21] focus on matter a divergent focus and to

[1:10:24] begin to broaden their focus and begin

[1:10:27] to open their focus and create what's

[1:10:29] called a divergent focus when they do

[1:10:33] that properly the act of opening their

[1:10:36] awareness and putting their attention on

[1:10:38] nothing begins to suppress this thinking

[1:10:43] brain and slow brainwaves down into

[1:10:46] alpha by not just any kind of alpha very

[1:10:49] organized coherent alpha and now we're

[1:10:53] seeing the beauty of one they really can

[1:10:55] just Lao their body to rest and almost

[1:10:58] fall asleep and keep their mind awake

[1:11:01] there's this door there's this opening

[1:11:03] and when they silence the activity in

[1:11:08] the neocortex they get beyond their

[1:11:10] analytical mind their thinking brain

[1:11:12] that memory bank of the known self and

[1:11:14] if you're in theta there's very little

[1:11:17] brain activity there so you're aware

[1:11:19] you're kind of conscious in your

[1:11:21] subconscious mind now we start to see

[1:11:24] very profound patterns where theta

[1:11:27] levels and even Delta now become the

[1:11:31] primary frequency in the brain and not

[1:11:35] just a little theta not just a lot of

[1:11:39] theta like a lot a lot of theta and when

[1:11:43] you see that way outside of normal we

[1:11:46] now know what's about to happen we now

[1:11:48] know in the next instant there's going

[1:11:50] to be an arousal and now the sympathetic

[1:11:53] nervous system switches

[1:11:54] when you feel pain when you feel fear

[1:11:56] and when you feel anger aggression and

[1:11:59] it's mostly survival stuff but when this

[1:12:02] latent system switch is on and the

[1:12:05] sympathetic nervous system switches on

[1:12:07] the arousal that's created is energy

[1:12:10] moving from the body right up into the

[1:12:12] brain and when that gate at the

[1:12:15] brainstem called the thalamic gate opens

[1:12:16] up and that energy rushes all the way up

[1:12:19] into the pineal gland the moment that

[1:12:23] happens the brain goes into what's

[1:12:24] called gamma brainwave patterns now the

[1:12:27] amount of gamma that we're measuring is

[1:12:31] not a lot not a real lot not a super

[1:12:36] amount of a lot it's like whole club

[1:12:38] like extraordinary amounts like hundreds

[1:12:42] in hundreds and hundreds of standard

[1:12:45] deviations outside of normal now the

[1:12:49] amount of coherent gamma in the brain in

[1:12:52] that moment is a sign the persons having

[1:12:55] a very subjective experience that we're

[1:12:58] measuring objectively they're having a

[1:13:00] full-on sensory experience without their

[1:13:03] senses and whatever's going on between

[1:13:05] their ears the vision that they're

[1:13:08] having they're not visualizing it's

[1:13:10] happening to them in other words if your

[1:13:15] senses were heightened by 25% right now

[1:13:18] everything you were seeing hearing

[1:13:20] smelling tasting feeling if you're if

[1:13:23] your senses were heightened your

[1:13:24] awareness of everything around you would

[1:13:26] be heightened and awareness is

[1:13:27] consciousness you can't have

[1:13:29] consciousness without energy so now all

[1:13:31] of a sudden the energy in the brain goes

[1:13:34] way up and the person now is literally

[1:13:38] in a whole nother world they're in

[1:13:40] another dimension that's why the pineal

[1:13:42] gland is called the third eye because

[1:13:44] it's a profound vision

[1:13:46] now once the autonomic nervous system

[1:13:49] switches on and it goes into gamma

[1:13:51] brainwave patterns that radio receiver

[1:13:53] has tiny little calcite crystals stacked

[1:13:56] Rambow hedron's that are on top of each

[1:13:58] other and those crystals begin to

[1:14:01] shimmer they begin to oscillate and now

[1:14:03] the radio receiver is activated and now

[1:14:07] all you got to do is

[1:14:08] keep this melons Mechanism suppressed

[1:14:11] and tune in to frequencies and all those

[1:14:14] frequencies carry information and when

[1:14:16] the brain latches on to a frequency the

[1:14:20] pineal gland acts as a transducer and a

[1:14:23] transducer is no different than a TV

[1:14:26] antenna that takes one form of energy

[1:14:29] frequency and turns it into or

[1:14:32] transduces it into imagery and the

[1:14:34] pineal gland begins to release upgraded

[1:14:38] versions of melatonin melatonin already

[1:14:40] causes us to dream but now you're gonna

[1:14:44] really dream it already causes us to

[1:14:47] relax but now you're gonna make a

[1:14:49] benzodiazepine you are gonna chill way

[1:14:52] out you are no longer and be in survival

[1:14:55] the melatonin is already an antioxidant

[1:14:59] but you're gonna make two of the most

[1:15:01] powerful antioxidants known to man

[1:15:02] anti-cancer anti ageing anti heart

[1:15:05] disease anti stroke anti

[1:15:06] neurodegenerative anti-inflammatory

[1:15:08] antimicrobial two molecules release the

[1:15:11] same chemical in the brain that

[1:15:13] hibernating animals produce no sex drive

[1:15:16] no appetite no preoccupation with the

[1:15:19] outer environment that means you move

[1:15:21] out of survival the body goes into

[1:15:23] stasis you can you can the body can

[1:15:25] dream for as long as you want and now

[1:15:28] all of a sudden you start to release the

[1:15:30] same chemical found on electric eels

[1:15:32] what is that the nervous system is going

[1:15:35] to become electrically activated the

[1:15:37] amplitudes of energy are gonna go up in

[1:15:39] the brain there's gonna be a profound

[1:15:41] firing and then you make that one made

[1:15:44] amazing chemical called

[1:15:45] dimethyltryptamine and that begins to

[1:15:48] switch on and what happens is you no

[1:15:52] longer move through space to experience

[1:15:56] time you move through times and you

[1:15:59] experience dimensions or spaces and the

[1:16:01] biggest lie that we've ever been told is

[1:16:03] that we're linear beings living a linear

[1:16:05] life

[1:16:06] we are dimensional beings living a

[1:16:08] dimensional life and when the doors of

[1:16:10] dimension open to you and you get a

[1:16:12] glimpse of how big this really is you

[1:16:16] are going to care less about politics

[1:16:20] you're gonna care less about

[1:16:22] who's famous and who isn't because

[1:16:24] you're gonna realize you're all of that

[1:16:25] and more and all of a sudden now we have

[1:16:30] people that have switched this system

[1:16:33] this latent system on and they have a

[1:16:36] greater understanding of who they really

[1:16:40] are and it all of a sudden shows that

[1:16:43] there is no past life they're all

[1:16:45] happening now I don't know how else to

[1:16:47] say that in and when we activate this

[1:16:49] latent system the information that's

[1:16:51] being translated into profound imagery

[1:16:53] that experience that rich experience

[1:16:56] experience enriches the brain now you're

[1:16:59] laying down circuits for something that

[1:17:02] has nothing to do with the material

[1:17:03] world and that experience produces an

[1:17:06] emotion but the emotion is not going to

[1:17:08] be guilt or shame or unworthiness or

[1:17:10] fear the emotion is gonna be ecstasy or

[1:17:12] bliss and the stronger the emotion you

[1:17:14] feel the more you're gonna be paying

[1:17:15] attention of those pictures in your mind

[1:17:16] and literally you're gonna begin to

[1:17:20] rewire your brain for the mystical and

[1:17:23] when you open your eyes and you come

[1:17:24] back to your senses

[1:17:25] you're going to see a broader spectrum

[1:17:28] of reality

[1:17:29] you're gonna begin to see what has

[1:17:31] always existed but you didn't have the

[1:17:33] circuits in place to experience them

[1:17:36] because we don't see things how they are

[1:17:37] we see things how we are so now the

[1:17:40] person all the sudden opens their eyes

[1:17:42] and I've had this happen you see colors

[1:17:46] and light like you've never seen before

[1:17:48] you hear

[1:17:49] everything's melodious everything's

[1:17:51] unified so smile the taste the feeling

[1:17:55] of everything is just enhanced and we're

[1:17:58] here and three-dimensional reality for

[1:18:00] that now I mean we're here to really

[1:18:03] experience life fully I mean that's why

[1:18:05] I'm here then I'm not gonna be guilty

[1:18:08] I'm not gonna be sad I mean how many

[1:18:10] times have we done that I mean that

[1:18:12] mystical moment when you have that

[1:18:15] experience and you begin to perceive a

[1:18:17] whole in a whole different way and and

[1:18:20] you connect it to that intelligence you

[1:18:24] will see that that energy that

[1:18:25] intelligence in every human being and

[1:18:27] everything around you and you'll feel

[1:18:29] more connected and less separate and I

[1:18:31] think that's I think that's why we're

[1:18:33] here no doubt that changes the whole

[1:18:35] changes the whole game board and the

[1:18:37] more of us that light up in that way and

[1:18:39] feel that thing the more the collective

[1:18:41] is informed with that same information

[1:18:43] the more it becomes available so it

[1:18:45] becomes this game of momentum it's a

[1:18:47] footprint the upfront for you to step

[1:18:48] into and as we've seen that we've seen

[1:18:50] the footprints of people who have who

[1:18:53] have healed themselves of cancer and

[1:18:55] it's in the field and they step into

[1:18:57] those same footprints but we also have

[1:18:59] evidence in three-dimensional reality

[1:19:01] and you see the woman who's now MS free

[1:19:05] and now the evidence in

[1:19:07] three-dimensional reality says I have

[1:19:09] permission to do it so it's in the field

[1:19:11] and it's in three-dimensional reality

[1:19:12] and it should be in both that's the

[1:19:14] evidence we need to know that it's

[1:19:16] possible and and the cool part about it

[1:19:18] is that nobody is excluded from it so

[1:19:23] you know I think one thing for everybody

[1:19:25] listening to know is that you describe

[1:19:27] some of the techniques in your books you

[1:19:29] also have audio tapes with some of the

[1:19:32] meditations then of course the workshops

[1:19:34] you really want to dive into this you

[1:19:35] have you have the you know you have the

[1:19:37] schematics for how to get in this even

[1:19:40] for the you know something that mimics

[1:19:41] what Kundalini practice would be

[1:19:43] squeezing the energy up into the brain

[1:19:45] to create these kinds been around spots

[1:19:46] thousands and thousands of years yeah so

[1:19:49] you have the schematics and I really

[1:19:50] encourage everybody to check that out I

[1:19:52] had I have one question though that I

[1:19:53] thought was interesting so if you read

[1:19:55] stoic philosophy and you look at some of

[1:19:58] the samurai literature like the hagakure

[1:19:59] they talk about premeditation or they

[1:20:02] talk about dispelling their fears by

[1:20:04] going into the fear and then allow

[1:20:07] surrendering to that fear and unwinding

[1:20:10] the fear that that held and that's been

[1:20:11] something that's been important for me

[1:20:12] in my process my first ayahuasca journey

[1:20:15] was taking me through all the ways that

[1:20:17] I could possibly die eventually landing

[1:20:19] on cancer which was the scariest for me

[1:20:21] until I surrendered to that fear and

[1:20:23] then released it and my fear of death

[1:20:25] has been ultimately dissipated from that

[1:20:27] what is your thought on cuz obviously

[1:20:30] this is putting yourself in somewhat of

[1:20:32] a negative reality but it has somewhat

[1:20:35] of a positive result in that it can

[1:20:37] allow you to dispel the fear that you're

[1:20:40] actually experiencing if as long as you

[1:20:43] don't get stuck there sure well modern

[1:20:44] psychology calls it systematic

[1:20:47] desensitization

[1:20:49] you do is if you want to desensitize

[1:20:50] someone to a fear of something you have

[1:20:54] them imagine being in it and working on

[1:20:58] practicing surrendering to the fear are

[1:21:01] getting beyond the fear of relaxing and

[1:21:03] calming down and so you're breaking is

[1:21:06] called inhibition you start inhibiting

[1:21:09] that conditioning process because you're

[1:21:12] having the fun and you're choosing to

[1:21:14] not feel that emotion or begin to

[1:21:15] self-regulate a new emotion and the

[1:21:18] research shows that if you do that

[1:21:19] properly there there are a front fibers

[1:21:22] from the heart that go right to the

[1:21:24] amygdala straight to the amygdala and

[1:21:26] what it does is it shuts the lights out

[1:21:29] for fear it lowers the volume for pain

[1:21:31] and suffering and it cools off the

[1:21:33] circuits for that kind of tenacity and

[1:21:35] aggression and what happens is you get

[1:21:38] this resetting of a baseline and so now

[1:21:42] the person is more safe that they're

[1:21:46] they're not anticipating the next threat

[1:21:49] the next danger they're not looking

[1:21:51] around the corner for the predator their

[1:21:53] body's not in that vigilance their

[1:21:55] body's more in the present moment and so

[1:21:58] so you begin to desensitize yourself

[1:22:01] when you confront the fear or you

[1:22:05] confront the possible scenario and you

[1:22:10] begin to choose a different emotional or

[1:22:12] you break from that emotion and because

[1:22:14] people do something the idea do the

[1:22:16] opposite really well they think about

[1:22:18] the worst thing that's going to happen

[1:22:20] to them in their lives and then they say

[1:22:22] no it could even get worse and they

[1:22:24] begin to emotionally feel the fear

[1:22:26] before it happens and their conditioning

[1:22:29] their brain and body to subconsciously

[1:22:32] become the mind the fear do it enough

[1:22:34] times and your body is going to have a

[1:22:37] panic attack without you try as you may

[1:22:40] to control it with your conscious mind

[1:22:42] you won't be able to because you

[1:22:45] programmed it subconsciously and then

[1:22:47] you start worrying about the next time

[1:22:49] it's going to happen and it's that very

[1:22:50] very state of being that begins to

[1:22:54] create the next one and so then the

[1:22:56] doctor says is chemical imbalance in

[1:22:58] your brain it's a hardware problem well

[1:22:59] the insight doesn't change anything and

[1:23:01] when you have that first

[1:23:02] Kotak and you're in the supermarket the

[1:23:04] moment you feel that change in your

[1:23:05] interstate you're looking around to see

[1:23:07] in your outer environment what's causing

[1:23:08] it and you think it's an airplane or

[1:23:10] it's a supermarket and so then you know

[1:23:12] they're you you know you take the drug

[1:23:14] but the the drug doesn't heal the

[1:23:17] condition in fact you'll still stay away

[1:23:19] from supermarkets or airplanes so then

[1:23:21] it's a software problem your father was

[1:23:23] overbearing was a perfectionist it was

[1:23:25] really hard on you

[1:23:26] so now you have the insight my father

[1:23:27] was overbearing does it heal it no so

[1:23:30] then you go to the psychic the psychic

[1:23:32] says that you were burned at the stake

[1:23:33] and the 1500's you're a charismatic

[1:23:36] Christian in the South of France oh yeah

[1:23:38] now you start reaffirming and this is

[1:23:40] why I am this way or Mercury's in

[1:23:42] retrograde really 93 million miles away

[1:23:45] some planet is controlling that's what's

[1:23:48] reason for my fear people will come up

[1:23:51] with all kinds of reasons but sooner or

[1:23:52] later you're gonna have to confront

[1:23:54] yourself we have hundreds and hundreds

[1:23:56] and hundreds of brain scans of people

[1:23:58] who have had anxiety and that just don't

[1:24:01] have it and where these are

[1:24:02] professionals these are Dennis engineers

[1:24:04] these are nurses people that really were

[1:24:07] struggling a great deal with it you

[1:24:08] cannot be anxious if you're in the

[1:24:12] present moment and it's just the skills

[1:24:13] so so I think that that are we can use

[1:24:17] it in a positive way yeah and I think

[1:24:19] that thing you said about choosing the

[1:24:21] different emotion when you engage that

[1:24:23] fear so engage it and then choose not to

[1:24:25] be scared and I think or what am I going

[1:24:27] to do if I feel that I mean yeah we have

[1:24:29] activities in every one of our week-long

[1:24:31] events where we know that people can do

[1:24:33] brain and heart coherence we got that we

[1:24:35] got the scans to prove it and then we

[1:24:36] say okay now that we know that you can

[1:24:38] do it let's go 38 floors up on on the

[1:24:41] hotel and let's rappel off the side of

[1:24:44] the hotel and this is not about an

[1:24:45] adrenal rush this is actually about the

[1:24:48] opposite we got heart rate monitors on

[1:24:50] them and this is the moment this is a

[1:24:52] moment when you're standing up there can

[1:24:55] you breathe can you stay in your body

[1:24:57] can you relax and the more you rehearse

[1:24:58] I always say to them what are you gonna

[1:25:00] do when you get up there because if you

[1:25:01] don't know what you're gonna do you're

[1:25:02] gonna throw a program in there and

[1:25:04] you're gonna get fearful and go

[1:25:05] unconscious but if you can stay

[1:25:06] conscious and you're reviewing what

[1:25:08] you're gonna do and you start practicing

[1:25:10] you're priming your brain and body for

[1:25:12] that experience so what's the

[1:25:14] significance of that overcome

[1:25:16] in brain and heart coherence you'll walk

[1:25:18] into your life and you'll use the same

[1:25:21] thing in the same circumstances when

[1:25:23] you're faced with fear in your life and

[1:25:25] you won't be gripped by it and if you

[1:25:27] just went off 38 floors in heart and

[1:25:29] brain coherence and you mastered it you

[1:25:32] probably will look at the problems in

[1:25:33] your life is so much less intimidating

[1:25:36] than what you just did and people people

[1:25:38] leave their fears so so we want to put

[1:25:40] them in situations that would normally

[1:25:42] evoke a strong emotion or a program and

[1:25:46] say yeah that's natural that's normal

[1:25:47] but what would Supernatural do so let's

[1:25:49] practice that and so we have a challenge

[1:25:51] activity that's where I just came from

[1:25:53] and and again putting people in those

[1:25:56] situations where they don't think they

[1:25:58] can go any further and then they go

[1:26:00] further and that's what we want them to

[1:26:02] do because going further means they're

[1:26:04] going against thousands of years of

[1:26:06] programming thousands of years of fear

[1:26:08] and conditioning and and and and when it

[1:26:11] happens they're liberating energy and

[1:26:14] that's available energy for them to heal

[1:26:15] with that's available energy for them to

[1:26:17] create a new life with well and this

[1:26:20] podcasts you know hopefully did that for

[1:26:22] many people as well gave them the

[1:26:23] permission to choose a different reality

[1:26:25] to choose something from the quantum

[1:26:27] field of infinite possibilities to

[1:26:29] choose something that suits them in this

[1:26:31] experience and this opportunity to live

[1:26:33] in this body with these beautiful people

[1:26:35] around us and everything that we have

[1:26:36] available like let's choose something

[1:26:38] that really fills us up with that love

[1:26:41] of life that passion that joy that sense

[1:26:44] of assisting and helping everybody else

[1:26:46] community collectively everybody that

[1:26:48] we're connected with let's let's choose

[1:26:51] that let's choose that thing all of us

[1:26:53] and we have the power and I think you

[1:26:55] know just the deepest gratitude to you

[1:26:57] and your work for helping show the way

[1:26:59] to so many of us thank you so much and

[1:27:01] thank you for your great work also thank

[1:27:03] you brother and thank you everybody

[1:27:05] good bye

[1:27:10] I hope you guys enjoyed the podcast and

[1:27:13] one way you can support the show is to

[1:27:15] support the new sponsors we have for the

[1:27:17] show and one of them is absolutely the

[1:27:21] best hot sauce I have ever tasted

[1:27:24] in my whole life I mean look at the

[1:27:25] packaging you probably don't even know

[1:27:27] what this is right

[1:27:28] don't dirty tan oh [ __ ] it's hot sauce

[1:27:32] and it's incredible it's packaged like

[1:27:35] this because it's the best it's actually

[1:27:38] white truffles in hot sauce and it's

[1:27:42] incredible it's gonna change the game

[1:27:43] like put it on your deviled eggs or put

[1:27:45] it on your oven kado toast or put it

[1:27:47] pretty much on anything and it just

[1:27:49] brings a flavor to a whole new level

[1:27:51] so check it out I promise you guys are

[1:27:53] gonna dig it it's just something

[1:27:55] completely new and unique and especially

[1:27:58] if you like hotter flavors and truffles

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, through epigenetics. Your genes aren't fixed destiny—they activate or deactivate based on emotional states, environment, and behavior. When you consistently practice states of gratitude and abundance, you signal which genes express, literally changing your genetic future without altering the genetic code itself.
Gratitude is the emotional signature of receiving. Practice holding a clear intention of your desired future while deliberately opening your heart and evoking authentic thankfulness for it as though it already exists. Repeat this daily. Your body doesn't distinguish between actual experience and emotion you generate through thought alone.
Visualization without the emotional component leaves the body in a state of lack or separation. The thought of the future creates the emotion of 'not yet.' You must combine a clear image with the feeling of already possessing it. Knowledge and experience must unite—thinking and feeling together reprogram the body.
Consistent repetition installs neurological hardware gradually. The first practice is hardest. By the fiftieth time, it becomes easier because your nervous system recognizes it as familiar. Once you've produced results, you become 'an athlete' at the skill. Consistency matters more than duration.
The placebo effect demonstrates that belief and expectation alone can trigger measurable physiological healing without a pharmacological substance. This proves the mind directly signals the body's chemistry and shows that your expectations about what's possible determine what actually manifests.
Yes. Consistent meditation practice that combines clear intention with deliberate emotional invocation induces measurable brain wave shifts, nervous system coherence, and altered perception without external substances. The practice itself becomes the vehicle for accessing expanded awareness.
Forgiveness releases the emotional and energetic charge you've held toward someone, freeing your nervous system from defensive activation. With that energy reclaimed, your attention and resources become available for new possibilities. It's an act of self-interest, not sacrifice.
