While the field of sound healing has grown crowded with therapeutic claims and spiritual frameworks, Grace has carved out a quieter, more exacting territory. Her work with alchemy crystal singing bowls is less about healing in the conventional sense and more about the mechanics of perception itself: how we listen, where attention lands, and what happens when thought gives way to direct sensory experience.

Based in London, Grace has built her practice around what she calls "sound and silence," a phrase that signals both her method and her philosophy.
