説明
The Art of Aliveness is a six-night residential spiritual retreat at Drala Mountain Center in Red Feather Lakes, Colorado. It is for people who want a contemplative week in the mountains, with an emphasis on embodied presence and the felt sense of being alive. The curriculum is contemplative and unfolds in real time, rather than following a script laid out in advance.
What to Expect
The retreat begins with check-in at the Guest Services Cabin, a welcome and program overview, and time to settle into the retreat environment. A structured check-in and community orientation help the group find its footing together.
The middle days of the retreat are given to study and practice. Each day includes contemplative sessions, community meals and periods of rest. The specifics of the program are shared on arrival, so the teaching can respond to the group as it gathers. The final day closes with a gathering or integration, followed by check-out.
