Ana Lilia

Ana Lilia is a breathwork guide, breakthrough coach and energy healer based in Los Angeles, California. She works with clients worldwide and describes herself as a Success Activator and Breathwork Coach. Her focus is helping people release what keeps them stuck, mentally, emotionally and energetically, so they can find more clarity, peace and aligned success.

Ana grew up in a first-generation Mexican family where survival came first. She went on to work in the entertainment industry, in public relations, casting, modeling and acting. From the outside her life looked exciting, but she was living with high-functioning anxiety and a constant need to perform. Then she tried guided breathwork. Thirty minutes changed something she hadn't realized needed healing, and it marked the start of a new chapter rooted in healing, clarity and ease. Her Insight Timer teacher page also lists her as a UC Berkeley graduate.

Her approach blends breathwork, nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming and intuitive coaching. Private sessions can also include clairvoyant readings, chakra alignment, Reiki and sound healing, held in person in Los Angeles or virtually. She also leads group breathwork, community gatherings and retreats, including weekends in Joshua Tree. For coaches and healers, she teaches a community-led approach to building a business around live gatherings.
