Kira Buckley is a ceremonialist, writer and clinical integrative healing guide who offers breath and body ceremonies live, remotely, individually and in groups, in person and around the world. She describes her spaces as devotional ones for women, mothers, healers and visionaries seeking rest, remembrance and embodied transformation, where the body is honored as an altar and the voice as medicine.
Her background is in holistic health. The Insight Timer teacher page describes her as a practitioner for over a decade, whose work grew from wellness into nutrition consulting, bodywork, meditation and breathwork. She created the HeyyHealer concept out of a need to be more consistent in her own healing while continuing to hold space for others. Her sessions focus on breathwork, mindfulness, wellness writing and the intentional, healthy regulation of the nervous system. Her YouTube channel, KPriestess TV, describes a practice rooted in Integrative Medicine, Clinical Herbalism and trauma-informed care, alongside yoga nidra, meditation, plant medicine, sensual somatics, ceremony and ancestor reverence.
One of her signature offerings is Soulstream, intuitive voice-note transmissions that bring together research, prayer, prescription and gentle reminders. They are gathered in a listening library of mantras, devotions, story medicine and love notes. She also leads The Healers Haven, a private online space for live classes, study and integration, and she is based between Los Angeles and Costa Rica.
Writing runs through all of it. Her Story Medicine essays reflect on grief, caregiving, symbols and small, repeatable change. She is also writing an Afro-futurist novel that moves between literary fiction and spiritual memoir.
