Descripción
"Breaking Patterns, Creating Possibilities" is a spiritual workshop at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York, led by transformational coach and best-selling author Jim Curtis. Over a weekend, it brings together guided meditation, hypnotherapy, and coaching to look at the unconscious beliefs and patterns that shape identity, choices, relationships, and a person's sense of what is possible.
It suits anyone ready for change, curious about the patterns running their life, or wanting to live more intentionally. No background in meditation, hypnotherapy, coaching, or personal-development work is needed.
What to Expect
Jim Curtis's approach blends subconscious reprogramming, guided meditation, hypnosis, and transformational coaching. The workshop is experiential and interactive. The weekend combines educational teaching, guided meditation, hypnotherapy, personal reflection, coaching exercises, and group sharing.
You explore how unconscious beliefs take shape, how to recognize the limiting ones, and how to shift your "I am" identity so that change comes with more awareness and intention. Along the way you practice new ways of relating to yourself. You leave with practical tools and subconscious-reprogramming practices to take home and continue the work.
The weekend begins on Friday evening and runs through Sunday midday:
- Friday: check-in from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., with rooms available after 5:00 p.m. The workshop opens from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday: sessions from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday: a final session from 9:00 a.m. to noon, then check-out at 1:00 p.m.
The schedule can change at the faculty's discretion.
