Start with her guided meditations on Insight Timer. They are free to try, short enough to fit into a day, and the clearest expression of everything else she does. Choose any one that matches your available time, put in headphones, and lie down instead of sitting upright. Her work is built for receiving, not performing, so a comfortable position suits it.

The next two or three places to go

Common ways beginners misunderstand her

Treating it as background noise. The recordings work best when you let them have your attention for a few minutes, even if you drift off partway.

Expecting a transformation in one sitting. The practice is cumulative. The first session mostly teaches you what it feels like to be spoken to gently.

Assuming "healing" means a medical claim. Reiki, breathwork and meditation here are offered as relaxation and self-care practices. Use them alongside, not instead of, professional care for anything serious.

Confusing her with the Spotify listings. Some compilations on streaming platforms under similar names, like "Girl Therapy" or "Bachelorette Weekend," are playlist-style collections and don't appear to be her teaching work. Her meditations live on Insight Timer, not in those.

When in your life this work tends to land hardest

It lands hardest in periods of depletion: after burnout, a breakup, a long stretch of overworking, illness, or any season when your relationship with your body has turned critical. It also suits people who are just starting to slow down and feel suspicious of wellness spaces that seem loud or perfectionistic. Her kindness-first approach is most valuable when you've been running on self-criticism and haven't noticed how tired it makes you.

A one-week starter plan

Day 1: Listen to one Insight Timer meditation, lying down, in the evening. Do nothing afterward except drink water.

Day 2: Rest day. Notice whether your body asks for anything, such as a stretch, a walk, or a nap.

Day 3: Repeat the same meditation, or pick another. Repetition helps you settle in faster.

Day 4: Do a meditation in the morning instead. Compare how it feels to the evening sessions.

Day 5: Subscribe to her newsletter, and spend ten minutes looking through what she offers through Jessie Bee Healing, including the courses.

Day 6: Do your longest meditation yet, with your phone in another room.

Day 7: Reflect in writing for five minutes. Did your body feel any easier to live in? If so, book a course or consider a one-to-one Angelic Reiki session. If not, try a different meditation next week before deciding.
