When a visitor feels drawn to your event page but doesn't register right away, BrightStar's Visitor Recovery feature ensures the moment isn't lost.
This intelligent, heart-centered system gently reconnects with visitors—whether through a one-time gratitude discount or through ongoing reminders leading up to the event.
No pressure. No spam. Just mindful follow-up designed for conscious events.
✨ What It Does
Visitor Recovery activates when someone starts to leave your event page. A soft, event-specific modal appears:
"Would you like us to remind you when the time feels right?"
If you choose, visitors also receive a 24-hour thank-you discount for registering soon. Whether or not a discount is offered, each opt-in triggers a sequence of beautifully timed reminders—ensuring they don't miss the gathering.
💫 Key Features
- Exit Detection — Appears only when a visitor shows intent to leave.
- Gentle Modal Design — Optimized for conscious audiences; never intrusive.
- Smart Opt-In — Visitors can sign in instantly using email, Google, or Apple.
- Optional 24-Hour Discount — Configured by you, automatically applied at checkout.
- Ongoing Reminder Sequence — Keeps your event top of mind all the way until it begins.
- Revenue Attribution — Every resulting purchase (discounted or not) is tracked and credited.
