MARTH .

Martha Castro is a mindfulness and meditation instructor with a strong background in Vajrayana Buddhism, grief counseling, and arts and literature. She has practiced closely for over 15 years with her root teacher, Lama Lhanang Rinpoche, a Tibetan master of the Nyingma tradition.

Based in the San Diego / Tijuana area, she works with universities, elementary schools, businesses, wellness centers, and individuals. She helps them learn the art of living in the present moment and enjoying life with simplicity and grace.

Through Meditate With Martha, she offers guided group meditation online, so people can practice from home and still feel the energy of a group. A typical class opens with a 15 to 20 minute guided meditation, leaves room for comments and questions, and closes with a short meditation. Her aim is to make guided meditation as accessible as possible.
