Stefan Sebath

Stefan Sebath, MSc, is the founder of Easymind Mentaltraining. He is a psychosocial counsellor, a mental trainer and a yoga and meditation teacher. Since 2007 he has also worked as an anaesthesia nurse in surgical and acute medical care at the LKH-Univ. Klinikum Graz.

His additional training as a psychosocial counsellor, firewalking trainer, and yoga and meditation teacher brings together what he describes as the circle of self-care for body, mind and soul. He shares this knowledge in Easymind seminars and coachings. The Easymind motto is "Einfach gut drauf", roughly "simply in good spirits".

With his team, Stefan has led more than 4000 people across hot coals in firewalking seminars. Altogether he has led over 1000 seminars and coachings. The aim of Easymind Mentaltraining is to show how people can unfold their potential with care, and be guided gently toward inner strength and calm.

He also runs the YouTube channel and podcast "Kraft Gedanken", which cover health, mind and meditation. The channel has passed 100,000 views and the podcast 30,000 downloads. His meditations, yoga, breathwork and cold-exposure practices are also offered on Insight Timer.
