Leon Riskin

Leon Riskin is a composer and sound designer who has been making music for about two decades. He has scored numerous games and animations, including the Five Nights at Freddy's series, where his horror ambient soundtracks are part of the experience. He is also known for humorous, quirky music that brings fun, mystery and playfulness to games.

Alongside his work for games, apps and TV, Leon creates music for meditation and sleep. By his own account he has made hundreds of tracks over the years, with more than a million streams and thousands of followers around the world. Most of these instrumental pieces can be found on Aura Health and Insight Timer.

On Insight Timer he is described as driven by a strong belief in the healing power of sound. He creates soothing soundscapes and calm piano themes combined with relaxing nature sounds. He also runs an Insight Timer group called "Meditation & Sleep Music" and writes a newsletter on Substack.

Leon also maintains a royalty-free stock library of game music loops and sound effects for game makers and app developers.
