The Best Entry Point

Start with a guided meditation for healing on her YouTube channel. Of the three themes she covers (healing, personal growth, spiritual development), healing is the most direct expression of her background. Listen once, start to finish, ideally lying down with headphones, since the soothing background music is part of the design.

The Next Two or Three Places to Go

1. A personal growth meditation. Once you know her voice and pacing, move to the growth-oriented sessions. Day 6: Try a spiritual development session. Give it your full attention, and don't judge whether you are "doing it right."

Day 7: Return to your favorite of the week, ideally before bed. Then decide what to keep: one daily session, a few per week, or a specific theme.

Keep each session to a single sitting, at the same time of day if you can. By day seven you will know whether her style fits you, which is all a first week needs to show.
