Morgan Webert

Morgan Webert is a holistic counsellor, somatic psychotherapist and EFT tapping practitioner, as well as a yoga and meditation teacher based in Sydney. Morgan is a registered therapist with the Australian Counselling Association and draws on research-based, somatic and embodiment techniques to help people work with trauma, limiting beliefs and habits that no longer serve them.

Morgan has taught yoga lifestyle programs in Sydney since 2013 and has been a certified yoga teacher since 2009, with a personal practice reaching back to 2001. Yoga and Ayurveda are the foundation of the work. Training includes yoga and meditation teacher certification, Ayurvedic health coaching, EFT Levels 1 and 2, Matrix Re-imprinting, and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. Morgan has also studied habit science and neuroscience. Retreats in Bali, Mexico and Australia have been part of the teaching for a decade.

Morgan speaks openly about their own struggles with autoimmune disorder, depression, anxiety, insomnia and an eating disorder, and says this makes it easier to sit with other people's difficulties. The approach is warm and individual. Morgan doesn't try to fit anyone into a box, and believes that healing grows from compassion, a balanced nervous system and listening to our deeper knowing.
