Carolyn King

Carolyn King is an author, speaker, kinesiologist and hypnotherapist who is passionate about helping people find real and lasting happiness. She sees clients in her clinic and online, and has clients in Europe, the USA and Canada.

Her own path began with hardship. She has been through fertility challenges, depression, anxiety, burn out, auto-immune challenges and breast cancer. After years of struggling with sleep and despair, she discovered energetic kinesiology, which combines muscle monitoring with principles from traditional Chinese medicine. She credits it with helping her overcome depression and suicidal thoughts. She tells that story in her first book, Empowered Happiness, and has also written The Chakra Connection, co-authored other books, and created the world's first Kinesiology "Kinesi" Cards.

Carolyn worked in the corporate world for over 25 years. After burning out, she realised her soul's purpose was not being met and turned to her own business full time. Today she offers kinesiology, hypnotherapy, coaching and Reiki. She also runs workshops, meditations and personal development classes, including workshops for the corporate sector.

Her mission is to help people become happier and more fulfilled and live on purpose, by connecting to their higher self, taking responsibility and shifting how they see themselves and their world through awareness and consistent action. Her training includes an International Diploma of Professional Kinesiology Practitioner, Brain Gym instruction, mBIT and life coaching, HeartMath, hypnotherapy through Mindvalley, and Reiki Master. She was named a Top Ten Energy Healer in 2020.
